I loved it when it came out...but as I've grown older, I have an even deeper appreciation for Scrooged.

quote:

Frank Cross: I get it. You're taking me back in time to show me my mother and father, and I'm supposed to get all goosey and blubbery. Well, forget it, pal, you got the wrong guy!

Ghost of Christmas Past: That's exactly what Attila the Hun said. But when he saw his mother... Niagara Falls!

quote:

The Ghost of Christmas Present: Oh, what is this, Frank? Oh, oh look, Frank! It's a toaster!

I was talking to my wife about The Ref yesterday. Maybe my favorite Dennis Leary role.

RE: Grumpy Old Men

a Christmas movie can not be a movie that takes place during multiple holidays like Thanksgiving and only a portion of Christmas... even wikipedia says it's not a Christmas movie, DISQUALIFIED

parts of Forrest Gump took place on New Year's Eve, it's not a New Year's Eve movie.. THIS ISN'T NAM, THERE ARE RULES
