I've said it before, this movie is so Over The Top (another good candidate) that it took awesome 80's cheese to a new level.
Stallone uses a matchstick as a toothpick and talks in low guttural grunts while delivering cheesy catchphrases as he dispatches crazy sweaty thiefs with machine guns.
Plus he doesn't have to drive a cop car, he gets to drive a custom built car and he doesn't bother with holsters, he just wears his gun down the front of his pants pointing at his dick.
And he answers to nobody. And his license plate on his custom car says Awesom 50.
Grocery Store
It's so cheesy it's fun as hell.
"Stop man, I got a bomb here...I'll blow this whole place up man."
"Go ahead, I don't shop here."

Looks like Stallone is getting a lot of Cheese..
With that said, I'll add the original Death Race 2000

The Crow is just the right amount of cheese for me + Kickboxer(although we could rant for days about the cheese of JCVD)

You’re crossing up Down Periscope/Kelsey Grammar, which is great, with McHale’s Navy/Tom Arnold, which is not so great despite Tim Curry.

I upvoted you but shut your butt!
Masters of the Universe is a well done movie.
If they pulled a he-man movie these days , they still wouldn't have a better skeletor
