when i was at the Basic School as a young 2ndLt, we watched a movie clip prior to a class about night patrolling and setting in ambushes. it was a clip of a similar class of Marines repeating to the instructor "ambush is killing and killing is fun"
i have never been able to figure out what that clip was from or find it anywhere on the internet. mysterious.

Comedy - there are two in heartbreak ridge.
The first is when Gunny Highway introduces the men “to the AK47 assault rifle, the preferred weapon of the enemy…it makes a distinctive sound when fired at you”
The second would be when recon ambushes the other platoon, but not at their normal spot.
Ok, I’ll go there with the Dirty Dozen using the ambulance to ambush Robert Ryan at his HQ during the war games, with Earnest Borgnine laughing cause he knew what was up and getting out of there (with his pocket knife) and then Clint Walker jumping off the stretcher.

I gotta say I was really surprised by the in a movie by Micheal Keaton reveal to Tom Holland. Like didn't even see that coming, probably because Liz was black and I was expecting black parents not Micheal Keaton.
