Dumb and Dumber and Zoolander are my top two.
Orange County is up there. Hot Rod, Anchorman, Talladega Nights, Nacho Libre, Coming to America, Groundhog Day.

Man, no one has said Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz? That is British humour at its best.

Also some great sports comedies like Slapshot and Major League.

And Tropic Thunder, Beerfest, Beverly Hills Ninja, Army of Darkness, and History of the World: Part 1.

Those are are my favorites that haven't been mentioned.

ETA: Spaceballs. How could I forget Spaceballs. I'm an a-hole.
