It sure sounds like writers will just be the middle man between AI and production. They require that scripts can’t just be done by AI, but the writers can freely use AI how they please when writing a script. Seems like a good deal for the writers.

Great now everyone's streaming, movie, etc costs will go up. The consumer won! Shitty left wing propaganda at an increased price. I hope this deal causes more people to quit watching. I have quit going to movies and my television viewing is way down.

I'm sure the Deadpool was far enough along to start production. The main reason films didn't get made was because of the hundreds of thousands of IATSE members standing down in solidarity. The people that actually make the projects. Now that the writers are finished, the actors will move fast (less than two weeks) and productions are set to move forward in the next few weeks. Films take months to prep anyway, so we can wait while the actors are sorted out and cast.
