Yea, I believe he asked "Are you Arnold".
Anyone else notice how Bernard completely changed when Ford brought up his son again and then left, just like in episode 2 or 3 I believe?

I think the Asian guy likes her, and the red headed guy has been running a prostitution ring with the Host bodies and doesn't want Thandie revealing that when he is analyzed.

Yea, they've gotten to the point that she is able to wake up on her own and remember things. They've probably come to the conclusion that shutting her down won't work.

I really liked this episode
I bought Asimov's short story collection I, Robot this morning just to have my droid fix for the week until Sunday.

Song of the week, Fake Plastic Trees.
Fitting for this show

Yeah, I think that was the easiest song for me besides week 1's "Paint it Black."

This jumped out to me as well. It's the second time Bernard is questioning Ford specificly and Ford redirects him with almost the same exact line about seeing his son again if he had the chance.
Bernard, almost immediately ceases his questioning and leaves the room.
This has been the 3rd time Ford has uses Bernards son to redirect him

I was called crazy early on for that one when it first happened, but it was just such a weird line when it was first given. It would have sealed it for me as him as a Host if they had shown him going to talk to his wife after that.
Either way, we know Ford knows how to completely manipulate Bernard however he wants.

It was interesting, that's for sure. But you'd figure if it was some sort of host control on Bernard (if he is a host), he wouldn't have gone to Theresa to report what he saw about Ford. Which it looked like he was doing before getting the call from Elise.

I think Bernard is starting to think he may be a host and it's terrifying.
Also, did anybody else notice the digital glitch toward the beginning of the episode during an overhead a landscape shot?

Without reading this thread, did anyone notice when Bernard went "downstairs" to the legacy floor there seemed to be a Host standing in the background that looked an awful lot like Yul Brynners "Gunslinger" from the movie?
ETA:
When googling for a pic of Yul i found someone had written an article with a screen grab

Surely it's been mentioned that "The Adversary" is the literal translation of "Satan." But not in its proper name form, it's more like a challenger of God/authority. Who is our adversary? It could be Arnold to Ford's "God/Creator" and Arnold still be "good." Satan is the sympathetic protagonist in Milton's Paradise Lost.

If that's the allusion they're making, then I'd think it would most likely be referring to Theresa. The episode established that she is the one (or one of the ones) fricking with Ford's world (Ford being the clear "god" character in the show). And Bernard's entire arc this episode essentially walked us through the set up for an upcoming fight between Ford and Theresa/the board (side note, it's possible that the new chick they brought in from the board will end up being the ultimate antagonist to Ford, but Theresa would be her proxy at worst so let's stick with Theresa for now).
She's got whatever motive she has to steal data/hack into the hosts (potentially making them intentionally malfunction so that complete control transfers to QA) and Ford wants desperately to maintain his position as god but realizes for the first time that he may be loosing control of his creations. He'll need to figure out why and will surely try to stop it. Bernard is being set up to be the innocent child in this divorce and he has no clue who the frick to trust (minus Elsie, but it's not looking great for her, setting Bernard up to potentially walk the line between god and devil alone).
So if Bernard is the human caught in the conflict between god and the devil in this hypothetical, how appropriate of a spin would it be to make Bernard the only non-human (i.e., host) in the whole ordeal.
Of course that could also all be just a bunch of bullshite if "The Adversary" holds any of its many other possible meanings. It sure does make this show fun to speculate on however
EDIT: Just reread your message after posting and misread it originally. I read "sympathetic protagonist" to be "sympathetic pragmatist" and went off of that definition knowing only the bare minimum about Paradise Lost. I'm having a tough time finding any sort of protagonist qualities in Theresa so I'm not sure this theory holds. But I still think she is sabotaging the hosts so that control transfers to QA. I feel like she said something in episode 1 or 2 along the lines of "they're only yours until they malfunction" to Ford.

There were a lot of "hell" or Satan reference in this episode, but very subtle. When they showed the board room or upstairs offices they were all red, like they were in hell.
The Danish chick is possibly symbolic of Satan because her domain was always red... Also has fire burning in her room and is always smoking while no on else does. She is quite possibly the real "adversey" or "satan" to Ford's God/creator.

I made mention of it on page 1 of this thread.
I really think the conflict will ultimately be between Ford (God) and Arnold (Satan). Remember, according to the Bible, God created and wanted people to be ignorant of the world (Ford's desires for the hosts) while the devil gave people knowledge of good and evil (Arnold's desire to give the hosts consciousness).

In other news, Thandie Newton has some serious Nat Geo style tits & nips.

Ha. Give the lady some credit, she just celebrated her 44th birthday yesterday and has had three kids.

I don't think Bernard is a host as Elsie mentioned that he has been around for 9 years or whatever. Someone there would certainly have noticed that he has not aged in his time at the park.
I think Bernard has a desire to have his son remade and Ford has promised him that and is holding it over Bernard's head.

It's a good thing Ford "just happened" to be at that cabin in the middle of nowhere or else Bernard would have got choked out.
