Weird for guy to watch Pretty Little Liars?

Let me just say that I'm pretty desperate for a new show. This show seems to be pretty good based off what I hear and every girl I know loves this show so why not give it a try? Right?

I thought it was a girl show but my gf got me to watch the first episode and I was hooked. Really well done and suspenseful. Just watch the first episode and you'll be surprised.

Pretty weird for anyone to watch shows that bad TBH, I've seen it while it was on at a friend's house and it's mind numbingly terrible. Like most shows written for a female audience.

Seriously, that show started with a reasonably interesting premise and has the added benefit of hot lesbians (not that youll actually see anything), but holy hell it went off the rails quick. Don't waste your time.
I would literally (and in fact have) watched old eps of mythbusters in SD than watch another minute of that shitshow.

I think some of you, maybe even the OP, are confusing the CW's Pretty Little Liars with HBO's Big Little Lies. I've never watched PLL, but it looks like the kind of teenage girl drama that if you're a guy and you're watching it alone because you're desperate for a new show, it might be time to read a book instead of watching TV.

My wife convinced me to watch the first episode and I have no idea how someone could get hooked on Ep1. It was awful. Im now on Ep2 and I'm not sure I can make it through another one.

What an odd question. Of course it's not weird for a guy to want to watch a show that seems really good. Women make up 50% of the population, you can watch a TV show about them. It would be weird if you didn't.
That said, I think I'm the only person who hated the show. If I wanted to watch over-privileged women who hate their husbands, often with good reasons, scheme against one another by using each other's children, well... I can just watch my own preschool and the parents I loathe.
