Does anyone else think he could be Agent Petey? Lube Man seemed tall and slinder, same basic frame as petey. He also clearly has an affinity for the minutemen/watchmen, so creating his own secrete identity would make sense. And he knows Blake was suspicious of of Angela, which provides an incentive for lube man following her.
My guess is that lube man saves Blake from her captivity, and we soon thereafter find out it’s petey
