. Actress that played Kimber didn't really take off either. But as hot as she was, you could tell by the end she was aging and wouldn't have a very long shelf-life.
You’re not wrong but she quit acting officially to be a Navy wife and now lives in San Diego, so you have to respect that. Also, randomly, Dylan Walsh lives in Lafayette now.
Julian McMahon was a series regular on SWAT so that’s what he’s been up to.

Loved it, but it jumped the shark at some point
When Matt started dating Kimber. That's when I was completely out.
The plot line of both male leads pining after similar women worked. Bringing the son into that, as well, was a waste of storyline. Didn't work.

Much respect to both.

Didn't watch SWAT, but he was on one of those CBS FBI series. I remember seeing him and thinking how I hadn't seen him in a while. I watched a few episodes, but not nearly all, and it seems like he was replaced last season by Dylan McDermott. Wasn't sure if he wanted out, and they killed off his character or what.

The first season was great. Possibly my favorite season of any tv show. The rest was very Ryan Murphyed. I still had watch parties right through til the end, but it got pretty bad.

First season was the best. The other seasons were decent but not as good as the first season.

Thanks to OP--you bastrard!!

But you know who's not that should get more mention in terrible wives threads? Julia. She already sucks just 6 episodes in, and that's before she does some of the things I know she winds up doing. She should be up there with Skylar and some of the other hated tv wives. But to that point, Matt is actually really likable at 1st. Actor is good too. So I think his character's eventual sucking is 100% on the writers.

Completely agree. It’s part character part Jolie Richardson being a mediocre actress
.
Also, the second season was excellent even if the ridiculous quotient went up. The finale with the carver was superb. The third season wasn’t great but at least was passable. Afyer that the show went to hell in a hand basket.

He and his wife, Leslie, now live in New Jersey. They moved away a few years back.
