YouTube Trailer

This immersive three-part Netflix documentary series is the definitive account of what happened in Waco, Texas in 1993 when cult leader David Koresh faced off against the federal government in a bloody 51-day siege. Released to coincide with the 30th anniversary of this national tragedy, the series is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Tiller Russell (Night Stalker) and features exclusive access to recently unearthed videotapes filmed inside the FBI's Hostage Negotiation Command Post, as well as raw news footage never released to the American public, and FBI wiretap recordings.

This has got to be tough for Netflix to put their bias on. Are the bad guys the cops or are the bad guys the Christians?

Waco: The Rules of Engagement was a powerful doc. It opened my eyes to how evil our govt really is.

She was lied to repeatedly to get her to buy off. She did a lot wrong, but the FBI and ATF lied their asses off about this whole thing.

Wonder if they'll tell how the FBI and ATF murdered dozens of innocent people and then all got medals for it... Just like they did at Ruby Ridge.

I wonder if it will go like that, or go the other way.. Either way, I'm gonna watch it.

ETA- nevermind.. Just watched the trailer.

Ruby Ridge and Waco are directly correlated to why Mcvay bombed the federal building in OKC.

I remember watching this as teenager on HBO in 97. It had a profound effect on me as well.

Showtime sequel to Waco miniseries from last year which i thought was well done...

LINK

WACO: THE AFTERMATH focuses on the fallout of the Waco disaster: the trials of the surviving members of the Branch Davidian sect and the rise of homegrown terrorist, Timothy McVeigh. The five-episode limited series also provides a broader context for the escalation of the American militia movement, which foreshadows the infamous attacks of the Oklahoma City bombing and the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

I've always been fascinated by that whole thing so I might watch, but how many more docs can possibly be made about this thing? What info could they possibly give that hasn't been talked about 100 times?

Watched it. The one surviving Davidian defending Koresh's child molesting was gross.

Everyone sucks in this.

I watched all of it and I didn't see it this way. ATF & FBI fricktards certainly were covering their asses most of the time but not all the time (especially from the negotiators) and the 1st media guy on site certainly wasn't on the Government's side. The HRT team sniper guy was a giant douchebag that needs to be set on fire.
