I’m surprised this hasn’t been discussed this weekend. I just saw it and it was a lot of fun. Bloody as hell.

I watched it. We enjoyed it. It was Die Hard meets First Blood meets Thor. With the gore of Saw…. Almost. And the language of Scarface… Almost.
It was my sons first R-Rated movie with mom and dad. Couple of “cocksuckers” thrown in.
The new movie trailers were more disturbing. Pre movie. Hot foreigners travel to a foreign country meet hot swingers. Hit a pedestrian and kill him. Are afraid so they cover up the murder. Then it’s Eyes Wide Shut with some Squid Games getting played.

Saw it yesterday, I really liked it. Lots of gore and christmas puns, what’s not to like. Only thing I didn’t care for was the casting of the dad, he annoyed me, but I guess that was the point.

Watched it Friday, and honestly was pretty underwhelmed. I was expecting more. It definitely delivers on violence & action, but it fell flat for me. I actually think David Harbour was perfectly cast for the role too, but everyone else was bland.

I'm taking the kids to see it on Christmas Eve, to give their mom time to assemble Santa's presents.
