I'll be happy to eviscerate your pictures.
1) Kaepernick cancelled himself with his extremely low QBR. Colin Kaepernick set the wrong kind of record. He threw two pick sixes in the first 5:57 of game, the fastest any quarterback has imploded like that since 1925. (That's how far our records go back.) At one point after halftime, he had five completions and four interceptions.
He also demanded "private workouts" and had actual coaches and GM's show up. He was offered a job by the broncos i think, and then turned it down. He's a chode, but please keep attaching your wagon to this horse.

2) Abortion bans is not cancel culture. It's legislation. I'm just going to assume you aren't smart enough to understand that Roe V. Wade was unconstitutional. You can google if your curious, or just ask and i can provide you a well detailed link of why Roe was so terrible. Why Roe V. Wade is unconstitutional
3) "Book bans" - The books in question included graphic language depicting pedophilia, and tranny culture in the kids section of public libraries. Tell me, why aren't nudey magazines allowed in children's bookstores?
4) "Don't say gay bill" - Not in any portion of the bill does it say "don't say gay" and you can't link me to where it says it. There is nothing in the bill about homosexuality. The bill simply prevents teachers from discussing sex with children 10 years of age and younger. The only people that have problems with that are pedophiles and groomers. Which one are you?
quote:
Elsewhere they are finding some successes. Mostly in turning their own shitty states into hillbilly Gilead.
The only thing you've proven is
a) you are so incredibly gullible and you are the useful idiot the media loves.
b) You are clearly forming some sort of attachment to groomer/pedo culture and think that everyone else that wants to protect children from you ghouls are the bad guys.
c) You are intellectually outmatched and should go back to DU.
If following the constitution, and protecting children from rapists is "hillbilly" culture, then i guess call me Bocephus.

Maybe you'll actually do that in the next post.
Good try though!
1.) Your game show host leader explicitly used the most powerful bully pulpit in the world to encourage the league to cancel Kaep and any kneeling players. We can pull up the threads here about burning season tickets too. Or the endless crying over Brees for supporting BLM. Hoping the boycotts would force the NFL's hand. There is no bigger platform from which to preach cancel culture. And places like here howled and cheered it on.
2.) Unelected judges, a majority confirmed and created via senatorial majorities that only represented a minority of the country, put forward in part by presidents that lost the popular vote, to force changes a majority disagree with and then drilled down in states that are often hyper-gerrymandered and not representative of the majority will of the populace they govern(and why many red states are backing off allowing abortion votes to go to the people, Texas doesn't want to be the next Montana and see their unsupported bans go to the actual people). Constitutionality ultimately comes down to the political whims of the judges seated, it's an often subjective process which is why the almost guaranteed predictor of any ruling is political position on the spectrum. Posting Murdoc trash tabloid journalism won't change that
3.) Oh NO SEX!! The HORROR!!!.....You are banning books on racism, homosexuality, and other cultural nonsense, enshrining sexual ignorance as the default teaching philosophy(abstinence-only) and then turn around crying about unwed mothers, teen pregnancy, and crime everywhere. Trying to discourage the teaching of racism and it's history in schools via intentionally vague laws. No apologetics changes that.
4.) Uh huh
quote:
An Arizona bill aims to change the state's sex-ed curriculum to focus on biological sex and "not gender identities."
In neighboring Georgia, lawmakers extended similar legislation to private schools too.
In Iowa, a Senate proposal would require that parents opt in — in writing — to any instruction "relating to gender identity."
In Louisiana, lawmakers introduced HB 837. It would limit discussion of sexual orientation or gender identity in some grades and prohibit it all together in others. A South Carolina bill is similar.
A Missouri bill would ban "gender or sexual diversity training" in public schools. An Indiana bill does the same. As would a Kentucky bill.
In Oklahoma, a senate bill would ban books from school libraries that focus on "the study of sex, sexual lifestyles, or sexual activity."
Tennessee's HB 800 bans books and instructional materials "that promote, normalize, support, or address lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, or transgender issues or lifestyle."
Ohio's HB616 has similar language used in the Florida bill.
Indiana bill requires that students “must receive instruction that socialism, Marxism, communism, totalitarianism, or similar political systems are incompatible with and in conflict with the principles of freedom upon which the United States was founded.”
quote:
On Tuesday, a bill backed by Florida governor Ron DeSantis that would prohibit public schools and private businesses from inflicting “discomfort” on white people during lessons or training about discrimination was approved by the state’s Senate Education Committee,
5.) Oh look, you ignored the Republican attempted coup and the subsequent years of Republicans claiming they will undo the election.....cause of course

Under his eye indeed(and remember to give unto the state your porn habits, and probably that Russian phisher, cause that wont end badly for you all, while solving nothing)

Anyways, this was fun, let me know next time you go on an entertaining melt about captain marvel or some shite.

Yeah, he was a tool for supporting a rapist. Still is. He bowed to pressure from the BLM marxists. Did we "cancel him"? No, we called him a bitch for bending the knee to the radical marxists.

So your problem is how our government is formed? "Unelected judges" also confirmed Roe v. Wade in the 70's. I can go on and on about the stupidity of your post, but your basically just whining because your side lost, and Roe V. Wade was found UNCONSTITUTIONAL, via the letter of the law. You can bitch and moan about "not winning the popular vote" but popular vote has NEVER determined POTUS in this country. Now, i guess, if your a marxist (and you are), then you probably have a problem with that.

Unelected judges,
Do you have a problem with all political appointments, or just judges that aren't appointed by leftists?
quote:
majority confirmed and created via senatorial majorities that only represented a minority of the country
Um, the senate represents all 50 states. You clearly have no knowledge of the founding of our country, and why equal representation was sought out.
quote:
put forward in part by presidents that lost the popular vote
The popular vote has NEVER been the deciding factor for who the POTUS is in this country. You can get your little marxist heart up in a roar over it, but unless the Senate represented by "a minority of the country" passes a law and these "Unelected Judges" that you have a problem with, deem this law as constitutional, your angst is nothing more than anti-constitutional bed wetting.
quote:
, to force changes a majority disagree with
We are not a democracy. We are a Republic. THerefore your whining about wanting majority rule holds no weight in this country.
quote:
and then drilled down in states that are often hyper-gerrymandered and not representative of the majority will of the populace they govern
Again, your blatant lack of the foundation of this country, the establishment of the 3 branches of government and the genius of the electoral college proves you may be more happy in a country like Haiti or Venezuela than the United States.
quote:
why many red states are backing off allowing abortion votes to go to the people, Texas doesn't want to be the next Montana and see their unsupported bans go to the actual people)
This another uneducated vomit from you. 1) Provide examples of what you are talking about. 2) the "people" don't regularly vote on state constitutional changes unless a special session is called. Maybe you can provide more examples of what you are talking about rather than spewing whatever autistic outburst is happening right now.
quote:

Again. WRONG. Constitutionality is derived from the...CONSTITUTION, as it is written. Now Judges often try to interject their personal feelings, and far to often it is liberal judges not applying the constitution to their rulings, but rather personal politics.

Why are you so adamant to have teachers talk to elementary school kids about their sex lives? That's the intent of the Florida bill. To stop the sexualization and grooming of children. Why does that anger you when we try to protect children from child predators?

Take a deep breath and actually collect some thoughts, then organize them into a cohesive structure. One that does more than talk past the points, makes cheap attempts at overwrought "groomer" nonsense, and attempts to handwave instead of addressing what was written. All you are doing right now is spewing emotionally triggered vomit at the screen.
Facts remain: Trump did try to cancel kneelers and chill the speech of BLM using the bully pulpit, to the cheers of the Politard crowd. Republicans routinely go against the will of the people and cancel their rights, and politards and their game show hero did try their retard version of a Beer Hall Putsch. Still can't shut up about wanting to cancel the election they lost. So spare me the 1000-word drivel that isn't in any way materially altering the fact that Republicans have always, and continue into the present, been the antidemocratic-fascists-at-heart they love to project onto their political enemies.

Kaepernick is an America-hating piece of shite. Stand for the flag and anthem, pussy, it's the bare minimum amount of respect you can show for this country. Like everything associated with BLM, it was a gigantic grift anyway. Kap got millions from Nike and others to sow racial division. He was never interested in playing football again. When he left the game, he was a backup qb at best. Denver wanted to sign him, he said no. Ray Lewis went to bat for him in Baltimore but Kap and his girl blew that up by comparing the owner to a slave owner and calling Lewis a house you know what. The dude's a shitbag.
