Trailer 1

Really can't wait for this film. Really more of a clip, but impressive that it's all in one shot. Probably now my most anticipated film of the year.

EDIT: 2nd and trailers courtesy of mahdragonz : Trailer 2; Trailer 3

at work, can't watch.

does it give any more about what the plot is?

or is the whole plot supposed to be rescuing them from floating in space.

i have a feeling there is some alien twist on it and everything they show in trailers happens in the first 10 min.

I'm still perplexed by casting Sandra Bullock in a role like this. Natalie Portman apparently dropped out, which seems it would have been a good choice. Marion Cotillard I think would have been the best choice though.

I saw the first teaser in IMAX 3D before Man of Steel and it was truly stunning. One of the coolest things I've ever seen at a movie theater.

This is one of those films where the 3-D could actually add alot.

It absolutely did. And with the giant IMAX screen, it legit felt like you were floating out in space with them. And then she breaks free and shite gets crazy, and you feel actual suspense and dread. It was really well done. I hope the whole film is like that.

I believe originally it was going to Angelina Jolie. That would have been interesting. Wish they had cast a older actress. Sigourney Weaver?!?

I saw the same teaser and when it ended someone loudly said "that looks so bad" and everyone laughed and agreed

I think this movie will be an abortion

Can't wait to see this. The idea of floating in space fascinates and freaks me out all at the same time.

Alfonso Cuaron. So...no. It probably won't be.

The only reservation I have is Bullock.

Are yall being serious or just bullshitting about that looking like a good movie?

From that trailer, it appears to be about as uninteresting as a movie can get.

The trailer was pretty cool in Imax 3d.

But I fricking hate Sandra Bullock, and the thought of watching a flick that may consist of long periods of time with just her (a la Castaway) makes me want to punch people.

It's by Alfonso Cuaron, and that trailer had me on the edge of my seat.

Can't wait to see this. As someone who works for NASA and thinks up scenarios like this all the time I'm interested to see how this plays out.

I hope there is more to the story than shown in the trailer b/c like some others have said, it looks like it'll be boring as crap to me. If it's 2.5 hours of Bullock floating around space I think I'd rather watch paint dry.

I think the premise of the movie is really great, I have really high hopes because of Cuaron. That clip reminds me of a really good set up for a Disney ride...I'll bet in IMAX it's impressive.

Something tells me that will be the only intense portion of the film and the rest will drag out with Bullock floating through space having a drama filled conversation with Clooney.
