Jaws 3D gets a lot of flack but I actually rate it as the second best film in the franchise. The plot is absurd but it's enjoyable if you shut off your brain.

Orca: The Killer Whale
A blatant Jaws ripoff that does some incredible things.

Jurassic Park III is another. 3rd best after the OG and Jurassic World I. Very short movie though.

Dude. I’ve seen Equilibrium like a dozen times. Before John Wick came along, Bales character prolly had the highest single character body count one-on-one in a movie.

I’ll add some of the Resident Evil movies up to Extinction.

Have to clarify what you mean by unpopular though. Universally? Or critically. Because there are a bunch of critically panned movies I love which are cult classics.

The Godfather Part III was a very good movie albeit with some major flaws most notably Sofia Coppola's performance. If it was a standalone movie that came out in a different year than Goodfellas, it would be considered an excellent crime film. It was impossible for them to live up to the standards that they were being compared to.

Is greatness. It's popular now post box office.

I'll add Scary Movie 3 since I mentioned in Signs thread. IMO it's the best Scary Movie release which isn't a popular opinion.

I haven't seen it in a long time but I enjoyed The Last Action Hero back when critics were panning it and the theaters were empty.

It was a nice spoof to the Arnold personna that was WAY too big at the time. Making fun of his huge movie box-office draw and parodying his over-the-top movies and punch-lines was a funny and welcomed satire for the times.

I guess people weren't ready to tongue-in-cheek make fun of Arnold's films (or all the action stars of the 80's) because they still loved them.

Along Came Polly has 26% on RT. That movie is hysterical.

It is, that's why the audience score is double that. But should be higher.

The scene where Claude tells Luben the story of the Hippo.

All the characters were great, Claude, Sandy Lyle, Stan, Polly Prince.

Love all three of those. Not sure they’re unpopular.

I actually enjoyed the Russell Crow Robinhood. I know that one is hated by many.
