re: True Blood Season 3

I don't know any spoilers as I haven't read any of the books, but here's what we do know through season 2:

-Sookie can read minds (newsflash)
-She also possesses some type of forcefield (showed once in season 2 when Mary Ann was threatening her)
-She may be immortal, but if she is then I don't think anyone knows it
-Jason hasn't shown any signs that he possesses supernatural traits

Just thinkin outloud. Any additions?

And no she's not a succubus. She's not what you think she is. What she is doesn't really go with the rest of what you've seen so far. Don't want to say any more. I think the director or producer said what she was inadvertently in one of the small clips leading up to the series premier.

IDK, these first couple of episodes are developing some nice storylines for the future of the season. But it's hard to compare to the 2nd half of season 2; that shite was pretty fricking intense

wierd episode.....lots of new characters to keep up with. The new vamp (the British accent detective one) seems to be a bad azz.

I think Bill knows what Sookie is and that's why he had that file on her in his office at home. I don't think she's immortal though. If that was the case, wouldn't there be more people like her? She's only found one other so far (that guy at the hotel in Dallas).

Jason appears to have a lot of physical strength. It doesn't make sense for Sookie to have some sort of power and Jason not to. He was easily the best recruit at the Fellowship of the Sun and won all the contests there. Then he easily caught the methhead, even though he was very drunk. So I think it's leading up to him finding out something about himself that he doesn't even know yet.

I'm fine with Tara staying, I just wish she would quit being so angry all the time.

Bill and Lorena should get back together. I like her evilness.

That ugly vampire that Tara screwed....he should not be allowed on the show. He's too ugly to be vampire.

I'm thinking that Arlene is prego with that psycho killers baby.

Jason should not be killed off. He's too hot for that and plus I think him and Jessica should hook up.

I LOVE Lafayette.

So I think Eric and Sookie are gonna hook up for real in two weeks. I hope it wasn't one of them having a dream. Apparently in the books, there is a HAWT scene between them that may have something to do with a shower. PLEASE LET THIS HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What implication has there been so far in the series that Sookie is immortal? I can't think of any, but I do remember in S1 Bill having to give her his blood to keep her alive.
