In Tara's defense, I don't think she went to Vampire school 101 in knowing to chop off the head, she just wanted to get the frick away from the creepy MF'er and find Sookie and get the frick out of there!

Yea, that was shown when she had the pick of the litter to choose from regarding axes/chopping devices and she chose whatever that ball with spikes thing was.

i dont think russel is dead, he'll come back

Maybe Tara finally dies......

:Crossesfingers:

Hopefully Franklin finds Tara and Jason locked in an embrace and kills both in a fit of Rage.

He's Austrailian IRL. If they would have let him talk in his natural Aussie accent his character would be much more tolerable. And yeah the shirtless thing helps too.

I loved when Jason pins QB one to the trunk of the car and said "U know the difference between you and me?" And had to think about it b/c there's not one was pretty funny.

Crystal is pretty unattractive but she looks like she would live with that trashy dude.

I hate the Sam family drama, the dogfighting twist was kind of a let down.

maybe Sam will turn into an awesome animal that will kill his parents. Then Tommy can live with him in peace.

I hated the Jesus/Lafayette gay scene, but this could be important. I think Jesus could make Lafayette stop dealing and get him in more trouble. Or, maybe Jesus is a spy for the magistrate?

I think it's obvious that Crystal is a shifter, especially when she was on top of Jason and started sniffing like Sam has done in the past.

I like Franklin a lot but wish he wasn't with Tara, hopefully he is alive and will frick that bitch up for busting his head.

Eric is definitely my favorite character, he has the best storylines by far: Goddrick in season 2, his family's death, and Pam's kidnap. Everyone else pales in comparison IMO.

I agree with the other posters about the Sam storyline. It's a big letdown, especially since they have built it up for so long. I hope it's over soon and he goes to Mississippi to help with the werewolf problem. He could shift into a wolf and pretend to be a wolf.

I hope Tara gets killed by Franklin

I hope Sam kills his parents. I don't mind the brother.

I want the Bill-Sookie relationship to be cut off.

Arlene needs to drink bleach

More Sheriff Belfleur

no more gay stuff. I turned my laptop away but could still hear it

Here is some interesting info/theory I found on sookieverse. This is in reference to when Jesus tells Lafayette that he was born in Catemaco and doesn't know who his father is because his mom was raped:

quote:

Let the record show that Catemaco, Veracruz is an isolated Mexican city with an international reputation as a hotbed of mysticism and witchcraft. Every year, starting with a black mass at midnight on the first Friday in March, Catemaco plays host to a festival of brujos—a word that translates to wizards, warlocks, or sorcerers in English—during which local medicine men and witch doctors come out of the woodwork to peddle their wares.

Brujeria, as the practice of this brand of witchcraft is known, is apparently a close cousin to the practice of Cuban Santeria and Haitian Voodoo, having spiritual practices often marked by a heavy dose of black magic—which is why certain cultures view brujeria as a manifestation of evil, purposed to curse or kill its unsuspecting targets.

But what might be even more noteworthy is that fact that brujos are also acknowledged as skilled shapeshifters, who can transform into animals in order to spy on their victims, hide bad luck charms, or stealthily administer potions to food or drink while no one is looking.

While it’s true that more than half of this skill set could also be attributed to your average American frat boy, these admittedly rudimentary internet facts are nevertheless sufficient to cast a pretty nasty suspicion on Lafayette’s new boy toy—and to make you wonder whether his tragic conception was a little less Lifetime Movie Network and little more Rosemary’s Baby.

quote:

Jesus m… I also think Lafayette is entering into very deep shite, as it seems, because as I was talking with Renee at the forum, Jesus must be a “brujo” which actually means witch in the Catemaco practice, because he knows too much about the theme. If he’s a shifter, it must be related to their shamanic practices. Because their brujería (witchcraft) is indeed a mix between their native aztecan witchcraft and shamanic practices, haitian voodo, cuban santeria, worship of the devil, and as you right pointed out also used to do black masses. And this kind of witchcract, as he said, is indeed believe to be “hard-core” and very very VERY dark. He recognized Chango y Elegua, who are two of the most important yoruba orishas (deities) in cuban santeria (Elegua is the path opener and Chango, whose name means war, is also a “womanizer”, a trickster and king of fertility). Also, his own name Jesus and the reference he made to Tonatzin (which is the name used by the Nahua people to call the aztecan female deities and that is believe by some anthropologists, as well as by a lot of the Nahuas, that was “christianized” as the Virgin of Guadalupe) -along with the story that her mother was raped and he didn’t know who is his father, IMO is clearly a very dark story based on the christian belief of Jesus’ virginal conception

So Jesus may be a witch?

J/K Good backgroung. I think we can all agree that there is more than meets the eye to Jesus. It is possible he is a "Good Being". He may get Lafayette to quit selling drugs (but I doubt it).

another thing someone on sookieverse pointed out that I thought was interesting...characters keep wearing the color purple.

Exhibit A: Sookie wears a purple dress on her date with Bill when he asks for her hand in marriage.

Exhibit B: Russell wears a purple shirt to the Queen's house to ask for her hand in marriage

Exhibit C: Jesus is wearing a purple shirt to meet Lafayette to ask him on a date.

what do you think is the meaning of this?

I know wearing white is supposed to symbolize purity and wearing black symbolizes darkness...but I always though wearing purple represents royalty or being an LSU fan?!
