I was curious about what Twitter was saying and they pretty much nailed it when multiple people were comparing it to Velma, a show which unfortunately was actually made.

At least with Velma you could say there were good parts in the animation aspect. With this show even on the technical aspect it looked like arse

Raise your hand if you honestly are tuning in and watching a show which 'might' sometimes have good animation aspect. (aspect ratio?) 
And to be honest, what the hell does that even mean in a cartoon /story like Velma?
Arcane? Sure. I get that. Blue Eye Samurai? Absolutely. Even Nimona on Netlix had some well done animation. But Velma? We got TEMU Scooby Doo.
