They talked about him on the school program at the beginning. He was somebody's younger brother that grew up and is now in the same grade as the snapped sibling. They showed a picture of him being like 11 years old.

Hoping that the next film will leave out Peter's job as the new Tony Stark and focuses on him vs JJJ and Kraven.
This. I’d rather see Peter distance himself from that but I don’t know if Watts or Feige want to do that. I really don’t know how the franchise will turn once the high school phase is over and they can’t rely on the awkward teenage gimmick. The next one supposedly will take place during Peter’s senior year so they can do it one last time but maybe bringing in someone other than Watts to do the movies after 3 would be probably the best decision. He’s the perfect director for this high school aged Spidey but I don’t know if he should be directing any Spidey films after high school

The timeline is all kinds of fricked.
Shouldn't he be a senior now?
Homecoming was his freshman year... then two years since that, he was a junior in Infinity War.
Wouldn't Far From Home be the summer before his senior year?

Nvm he was 15 as a sophomore and he’s 16 now so he’s a junior.
Is there any doubt the next one will be Spider-Man: Graduation ??

They said at the beginning of the movie that because of the Blip, they made the blipped restart their school year.
Far From Home is taking place the summer after their Junior year.

Anybody notice that the bald henchmen was Ralphie from a Christmas story

Movie was alright. A little long, I think it could have trimmed a good 20 minutes
I’d rank it in the 13-18 area for MCU movies
Both credit scenes were dope though

The dude from Iron Man 1?

Yup. He’s right too, Peter Billingsley was in both and he was an executive producer for Iron Man.

Makes sense as he’s good friends with Favreau

Spider-Man was my favorite comic and I still have a bunch of the eighties issues.
I’ve enjoyed what they’ve done with it but thought this was too much high school drama and not enough Spidey being Spidey. Also, I’m tired of the “I just want to be a kid” and “I’m not ready for this” theme. I’m ready for Spider-Man to man up and become Spider-Man and kick some arse. A little cockiness and coming out from under Ironman’s shadow would be nice.
