I'm guessing something really bad happens to Kim before it's all over to explain how Mike's feelings toward Saul shifts between now and Breaking Bad.
He's not Jimmy's biggest fan right now but feels at least some sort of professional obligation to him but by the time of Breaking Bad, he actively disdains him.
It has to be more than the fact that Saul is a shitbag lawyer because a drug kingpin's chief enforcer/hitman doesn't have a ton of moral authority there.

yea its pretty telegraphed that something bad happens to explain her not being in BB. mikes attitude to saul. the very ominous scene where mike warns saul he got kim in the game. the obvious absence of kim in BB.
kim has been 'breaking bad' and is about to go to war with howard. I would venture a guess that howard may find out about her middle name and nullify the marriage forcing saul to testify against her. that would be a cool twist considering the audience were made to expect the marriage was to help kim not testify against saul. There is going to be a reason that point was highlighted when they were getting married. its going to be her version of hank finding the W.W. poem in walts bathroom.
She's going to push her luck too far and howard will topple her house of cards.
