At the risk of brining down additional insult, I’ll say that this season’s Nacho, Howard and Lalo episodes are some of my favorite tv.
But the last two haven’t lived up to what I had hoped they’d be. If that makes me a dullard or someone who doesn’t deserve the show (whatever that means) so be it. I think these guys are awesome. Some of the best ever. But they’re not above criticism from random internet posters (like me).

If he ends up in a jail getting finger printed I'm pretty sure he's fricked. Why is he still doing scams with those guys? Last week they made it seem like he just needed to get dirt on them.

Quite possibly the feds may be doing the same with Kim as she left not long before things went to shite in Albuquerque and who knows if they even got legally divorced. Saul's "wife" would definitely be a person of interest to the FBI.
Tapping her work phone may be more of a stretch, but contacting her at all would seem to be pretty risky as they could get a general location as to where he is.

I was still in high school and watched the episode live when Walt and Jesse threw him in the RV and ultimately retained him as an attorney. I’m turning 32 in an hour. Feels strange to see it come full circle.

I think it had to do with kim didnt want to talk to him or how their convo went when he was in the phone booth.
after that call he needed money or just felt so awful and took it out on people by scamming them.

It wasn’t about need.
What else did they show us in this segment featuring cancer guy? They showed us a flashback when Saul first observed Walter White’s symptoms in the RV. Then they hit us over the head with a hammer with it again in case we weren’t paying attention when we saw Mike specifically telling Saul that Walt has cancer. We also see Saul being very pointedly discouraged from working with Walt . Then we see Saul ignoring that advice.
I think they are using cancer guy as a psychological trigger for Gene. He’s not thinking rationally because of that trigger.

I'm assuming his anger in the phone booth is because Kim refused his call. That's a fresh anger, not a 3-4 year situation.
They've been running game together. More BB scenes to come.

Just because she's not talking to Gene doesn't mean she wasn't talking to Saul.
The poster I quoted is right. There is something very fishy with Kim, there's just too many odds and end connections.
Francesca should not have said Kim so casually if they hadn't seen her in 4 years.
Something is up with Kim.
