Yep, just like walking into Walt's classroom was Saul's entry point to catastrophe, I think entering that house will be Gene's. Just gotta see how Kim comes into play.

So is he trying to steal an identity to make another move somewhere? Possibly to Kim?

Someone else called it in last weeks E10 thread. I could definitely see that happening. They made it look like he was going to get busted at ole cancer patients house, but he might've been back in Carol's garage & she called the cops on him.

I don't think so. I think he is just running another scheme for more $ since Francesca told him that the feds took everything else. Not sure what happened with him trying to get in touch with Kim, but his reaction didn't make me think he is still interested in re-connecting with her.

The entire series has always shown how meticulous Jimmy was about setting up his scams, how are these scenes any different?
Instead of trying to race to the finish line, just enjoy the ride.

Nope. I would be surprised with any other ending. It seems obvious we are heading towards an unhappy ending. Last 2 episodes are titled "water works" & "Saul Gone".

Yep. I think everyone was expecting a super action packed last 4 episodes like BB but this doesn’t seem to be the case. I will say that this episode was a lot of filler and they probably could’ve covered the important stuff in 30 min

Absolutely agree
And I wonder if Kim has been detained or kidnapped or something and that's why Gene is so desperate and why he seemed so upset at the phone call. But with the amount of filler in these last 2 episodes and with only 2 episodes left I'm not sure how much they can squeeze in without it being rushed

When it was transitioning from the hole in ground in color BB time to gene lying in bed in black and white time, there was a second or two overlap with gene appearing to be in the hole. Surely intentional. At that point I pretty much assumed Saul is gonna die at some point
Eta: reminded me of the scene in ozymondius when walts reflection in the shot out car lines up with one of the bullet holes. These dudes love foreshadowing

also i assume the last two episodes will take place in both timelines? I think we will probably see more of Walt and Jessie than that cameo.
