The people that claim I'm moving them are hedging their bets in advance.
did we hedge our bets in advance or did you by claiming multiple variations of kims involvement? altho i will grant your crockpot theory from 2017 mentioned silent partner level involvement. but the fact is over the past couple seasons you have had more recent updated descriptions of your theory.
silent partner, being involved... like at all, like a phone call a year? like actually being the entire brain behind saul goodman bc he's too dumb to launder money? that she is actually the one driving the train, jimmy is trapped into saul? kim is saul?
i even boomarked a recent quote of you and made it my sig. you post similar things multiple times in many BCS threads that are more recent. is that quote of you correct or is your crockpot theory that she is just a silent partner correct? its pretty fair/reasonable to assume that is now your theory since you have claimed similar for 2 seasons now.

Me scanning the parking lot at the end for a red Tercel
Great episode. Nacho’s dad was a tearjerker and looks like we might see Kim again
Also lol @ the earlier people ITT who didn’t think Gus was gay with his pollo hermano

Great episode.
A timeline nitpick:
At the end Saul gets into his caddy and the license plate clearly has a Nov 05 expiration tag.
According to the BCS/BB timeline season 6 started in June 2004 and Breaking Bad begins in September 2008. Walt and Jesse meet Saul for the first time in s2e8 which is in December 2008.
So either Saul drives around the Burque with expired tags, Vince and crew missed a very obvious detail, or we still have roughly 3 years of the Vince-verse to get through before connecting the timelines.
Can't wait to see how they get from here to there and then from Omaha to fin.

So we're a year or less from J minus K and he's plowing hookers in his new Casa Diablo with the medallion embossed with his head in the bedroom. So much for Kimmy being in the shadows.
That would also show he bought a one year registration and purchased the car in Nov. If that matters for anything.
He'll probably run into Walt at the car wash where he's scrubbing Saul's whitewalls.

eta-He bought the Caddy used. The BCS wiki says it's a '97 but it could be anywhere from a '97 to '99 unless there is some trim option for '97 only I'm missing.
Howard's Jag also wasn't all that new for a high powered lawyer. It was late 90's also iirc.

The J+K= S portion of Ham’s theory is definitely dead.
And the whole “muh it doesn’t have to be romantic!!!” is a baby back bitch attempt to cover his tracks.
However i think he’s correct that we haven’t seen the last of Kim. There’s no way that was her last scene.

Also, are we 100% sure we are fully in the BB era now? Maybe that scene was just a flash forward and they still need to cover what happens over that year. Idk. I would just be surprised if we have 4 episodes that are BB era or later.

Jimmy's birthday is in November, so that's probably why the tag expires then.

The bullshite J + K = S hypothesis was debunked in the “Better Call Saul” episode of BB with Jimmy’s pathetic and desperate attempt to bed Francesca “You are killin’ me with that booty!” Had Kim been waiting for him at home in BB, that never would have happened.
Obviously, in BCS, Jimmy was nothing if not devoted to Kim. He was not a womanizer. Jimmy knew the truth of Lalo’s, the District Attorney’s, and no doubt many others’ observations: “How did he end up with a woman like that?”
And we saw in this episode the “transformation”—he’s (no doubt habitually) sleeping with prostitutes. Why? Because Kim is GONE.
It’s sad, really. Jimmy is not enjoying his “new found freedom.” He’s a broken man trying to salve and cover up his hurt and pain by constant womanizing and fully embracing the “Saul” role. As one review of BCS episode 9 said, Jimmy is not transformed, he’s broken. That’s a large part who Saul is.
But bottom line: the Jimmy-Francesca scene debunked the J+K=S bullshite. BCS S6 E9 confirmed it.
Kim Wexler is nowhere to be found in the BB timeline. Yes, I do think we see her again in the post-BB-Gene-Omaha timeline.

And Saul's house would seem to point to him having gotten a large sum of money beyond what he gets from the trash walking through his reception area daily.
This makes sense. He probably is getting some decent pay from some lower level drug dealer clients, but that bachelor pad mansion was no doubt paid for with Sandpiper money.
Then Saul gets retained by Walter White and the money REALLY starts rolling in.
BTW, was I the only one who, during the Gene scene at the roadside diner in a past season—thought at first that the blonde waitress was going to turn out to be Kim?

He’s about to see Mr. Mayhew, right?

Was my thought as well. He mentioned something on the phone about the public masturbator. Also, was there not a baby crying when Walter was sitting in the waiting room waiting for him? I want to say I remember that but not sure. Gonna watch again and pay super close attention to see if maybe Walter is in the waiting room with the cap on.
I thought the same. However, go back and watch the first-meeting scene in the BB “Better Call Saul” episode. Saul there is wearing a rather conservative gray shirt with a tie with orange and gray stripes.
In tonight’s episode, he’s wearing that garish green shirt with the solid orange tie. As tightly written as this show is, I think they’d have him attired identically if “Mr. Mayhew” was about to walk in.
But yes, Saul mentioning a “public masturbator” was a nice little Easter egg.

Anyone really think there is a chance that Gene has a happy ending? I just don’t see it.
I’m sure we will see Kim at some point. I’m guessing with a kid or something along those lines. Curious as to where her mom fits in, if at all.

Can someone remind me who the guy was with Gus at the bar?
Do we know him? He’s not the guy that Bolsa killed in front of Gus is it?

if anything i thought Kim might kill herself for guilt over Howard's death i thought that would have been a better ending for her than just leaving.

Just a guy Gus wanted to gargle his nards.
No that's not the guy Bolsa killed.

No. The guy Bolsa killed is already dead in the time line. That was a way back flashback in BB if I remember. I think the guy last not was maybe a potential love interest. He realized he needed to focus on the business. That’s what it took from it.

That and the special occasion that Gus is saving the bottle of wine for is after he kills all of the salamancas

I really kinda want it for him but I just don’t see it either. “Saul Goodman” is no doubt on the FBI’s ten most wanted and probably looking at multiple life sentences if caught. I just can’t see a reuniting with Kim where they live happily ever after.
My guess is we see Jimmy/Gene seeing Kim from a distance in a new life with a husband/kids/home.
I think the only major character from the Breaking Bad/BCS universe that escapes the monster’s jaws with some semblance of a “happily ever after” ending is Jesse Pinkman.
And the scars and the nightmares will remain with him the rest of his life.

Kim will be involved with Jimmy/Saul in BB.
Don't try to weasel out of this with semantics using the word "involved". That is vague as hell. She could be "involved" with him in that maybe they speak once or twice. That has NEVER been your theory. Your theory the entire time has been that she is ACTIVELY WORKING with him behidn the scenes in BB time. And that she makes up half of his law practice.
Don't think we forgot; as much as you spewed it incessenatly it'd be impossible to forget so soon.
