What was with Gus pulling the trigger on his revolver several times after he had already emptied it?
shock. doesnt seem too abnormal of a thing to do when adrenaline is pumping unless youre trained calm cool and collected.

howards death is still somewhat meaningful. its going to have taught jimmy/kim a lesson.
I don't know what lesson it taught Jimmy, since he went on to become full Saul. Seems like instead of teaching him a lesson it pushed him further down the wrong fork in the road.

Time to be pedantic.
I loved the episode, but the part where the security guy is conveniently away from his desk as Lalo enters the facility was pretty ridiculous. I wish they had just cut that out

When Jimmy was tied up in the chair trying to get out, I thought he was gonna move it around and then fall face-first into Howard's blood.
When Jimmy fell over and was face to face with Howard, all I could picture was Walt in same position with Hank in Ozymandias.

That was straight out of a Stallone action movie.
Overall very good. No one is perfect.
Seehorn played her part very well I thought. Seemed actually terrified.

Wow, it's incredible you guys can't see it yet, when you've been told for years.
Did you not see the Kim parallel to Walt tonight? Walking up to Gus's house?
Do you think BB Mike/Gus would have anything to do with Saul. The only reason they do is because Mike has Kim in his pocket.
Can't wait to see Kim handling Walt and Jesse.
P.S.
We need more Gene. Real quick.

I figured Lalo was buried in the superlab. Never once crossed my mind that Walt was cooking on top of Howard Hamlin.

Keep downvoting all you want.
It perfectly explains why Mike is such a dick to Saul in BB, but always helps him.
5 episodes left and we still have to get the book Kim wants from the vet and explain ISZA.
Your running out of time quickly.

Sounds like somebody is starting to see the light.
Also, Lalo's death probably just eliminated Kim from being vacuumed.

It’s crazy how the quality of the show can distort the passage of time
I just watched 50 minutes and it felt like 10

Either I'm right, or Kim dies (not happening) or goes to jail. Possible, but quickly running out of time to set up that storyline.
I could also see a situation where Jimmy forces a break up with her, thinking he's running this train, That's still a lot to set up and she would still intervene.
Pretty sure we're right on track with J+K=S.

We can box up the thread and throw it in the dumpster now. Shows over, people.

So why didn’t they bury the 3 or 4 guys who were also killed at the laundry with Howard & Lalo?
Goes back to that question of where does Mike find his guys? Where does a cartel find disciplined & obedient security guys or cleaners who aren't crazy junkies themselves?
Guess maybe they're just mercs without families who won't have a lot of people looking for them or asking questions, so it doesn't matter if their bodies get dumped or if they have a regular burial down at the Veterans cemetery or something.

Nah, about to go bed probably won't post again until next week.
I've just been telling you what is going on for years, and you still won't listen with 5 episodes left. It's becoming totally obvious.

You guys at least argued my points in the past. Now it's all about attacking me.
I guess you're finding it harder to argue.

My first guess would be ex-military maybe? I’m sure you could pay them a lot with all that drug money to put their lives at risk.

Feel free to explain how Kim is written out of the story at this point.
Fair warning, I'll quote you later.

Here’s the thing: It’s a bit hard to believe that long term Kim would be so much more rattled by Howard’s death as it has played out than she otherwise would have been.
Hear me out, they were setting up a man who was already depressed and in a failing marriage to have his career stripped away and reputation ruined forever. She HAD to have thought about the distinct possibility that he would kill himself after their shenanigans, and even if he didn’t his life would effectively be over. And she was clearly ok with the possibility of all that.
Now I get watching him get shot in the head is more shocking in the moment, but it’s just not believable that she was ok with the above prospects but long term she wouldn’t get over the fact that he had been murdered especially since she is now LESS culpable than has been just killed gimself because of what she did.
If they’re going with that being the moment that changes her life direction and ultimately takes her out of Jimmy’s life and the show in general, and it certainly seems that way, it’s a bit of a stretch. You have to be a bit of a sociopath to do what she was already doing to a man who really didn’t deserve any of it by any reasonable metric.
