I'm going to say the police will not be involved in Howard's murder.
Curious how his body is disposed of. Perhaps in the meth lab along with Lalo.
Mike almost has to be involved as Jimmy doesn't know anyone else in the body disposal business unless the vet knows a guy.

Just finished.
About 20s after the shot I realized I was holding my breath.
When Lalo walked up I suspected it would happen, and yet, it still shocked me.

Just think how different this may have all turned out if Kim had told Jimmy Lalo was still alive. At the very least he would have locked the door once Howard came in.

He called back with a different script. He was going to tell Hector the same thing he said in the video to Don Eladio but hung up when he heard the line clicking. He then called back and told him he had no proof to throw Mike and them off the scent. At that time I figured the “Plan A” was just talk while he reassessed.
It would be so easy to lie about this as this is an anonymous message board but that is not my style and I wouldn’t do that stupid shite, but I saw the ending coming.
When the knock on the door came I immediately thought Oh shite!! Jimmy was Plan A. Shortly after Howard came in I still knew Lalo would show up and figured Howard would wind up dead. I also thought it was a real possibility that Kim would be killed too. That’s the cliffhanger that wasn’t coming though I suppose.
True story. Wouldn’t make it up.

Upon rewatch, it seems like Lalo seeing the cockroach in the sewer is what led him back to Jimmy’s place.
I remember an episode last season (Bagman?) where he refers to him as the “cucaracha - born survivor” when he’s missing in the desert with the money.
