I'd wager Drogo is 6'10 300 lbs but all lean muscle and way faster than the mountain.

Negative. Drogo is around 6'4 I believe and probably around 250. But he's very lean and fast.
If they have no weapons then he has to get close enough to strike The Mountain and he's not going to do considerable damage unless he's within reach of him. Without armor or weapons, The Mountain wins.

Bare handed I have to go with The Mountain. If he can get his hands on you you are finished and you have to get in close to do any damage yourself. Brute strength > speed in this one.

Yeah, this is my answer.
If there were no armor involved and each man got his weapon of choice, I think Drogo would win within seconds.
If there's no armor AND no weapons and it comes down to just who can bare-hand the other one to death? No question, it's the Mountain.

It's not just no armor, though. It's no weapons. Which means Drogo would have to kill the Mountain with his bare hands. And that shite ain't happening. Drogo is huge, but the Mountain is a goliath.
