That's a no brainer. You do the math, and she's the most popular/least hated character that is portrayed by an actor whose career isn't making them unavailable to Disney.
They've got Rey on-screen and Pascal's voice. They're lucky his character wears a helmet.

there are like 3 characters of our above Chewbacca as deserving people i’d rather see a movie about:
1. Han Solo (maybe not the movie they made but the character in general)
2. Mando
3. Darth Vader DURING the Vader years between the Prequels and ANH.

If you're not making a movie in a past time line I'd argue this is SW's most valuable asset.
