It's going to be a great summer of movies.

Thor was OK. I dunno, Asgard just didn't look awesome enough. They should have hired Roger Dean, the guy who did all those Yes album covers in the 1970s, given him an assload of mushrooms and let him go to work.
And like all heterosexual men, I like Natalie Portman and Kat Dennings. But they didn't do much in that movie. And you know the whole time they were shooting all that Natalie Portman was thinking about was the awesome beach house in Malibu she was going to buy with her Thor check.

Thor was easily the worst of the Avengers movies IMHO.
Lot of people disagree but I don't think I'll ever watch it again.

one of the strongest trailers i've seen in a while...maybe since the first tdk trailer back in 2007.
not even in a superman fan but i am in.

Thor wasn't that bad. It was just kind of dull and pointless.
Hemsworth was well-cast but they didn't have him do much and Portman mailed it in.

Thor was my 2nd least favorite of Phase One (yet entertaining), Incredible Hulk being the least. I'm hoping GoT alum Alan Taylor brings his A game, I just hope the writing shows up too. Asgard stuff was great last film but earth dropped the ball. Hopefully they will spend more time in these other realms than on earth.

I loved the first one but yeah, that was a pretty weak trailer.
I'm sure the movie will be good though. Lots of room for intrigue in the Thor universe.

I dunno, I thought Thor 1 was a decent movie. My thoughts on this are that they had to introduce him, explain what he is, what gives him power, and develop some connection with Earth that makes him want to save it. Also, it was kind of just a filler to lead up to Avengers.
