One thing is certain though, if you're a bar owner you should watch this show just to see the ways your employees are fricking you over. The remodel may be a joke, but the over pour and freebies aspect of it that screws a bar over is the real deal.

Don't get me wrong, I like free drinks and over pours, but it really kills a bar owner.

Its not just fake, but scripted and many times recorded after the fact. More often than not, when you see him screaming, its to an empty room, and later edited in.

Man I drove by the annex last weekend and it is taking in money with those new cocktails and menu items with a local New Orleans twist.

Good thing they got away from the high school crowed that kept that place in business for years.

Or at least, I can definitely tell the difference between any jo schmo bartender and someone trained that knows what the frick they are doing.

yeah, Quills was doing a lot better a few years ago than the Annex is now.
