I loved this season but I still want one question answered.

If the whole plan was to murder her on a small boat at night and throw her in the ocean, why did they go through all the elaborate set up with the party, opera, etc….?

Why not just get her on the boat and murder her on the way? Seems dumb to show everyone how you are spending all this time with her if the plan was for her to end up a dead body dumped at sea, just setting yourself up to get caught.

My opinion, she was supposed to die at party night before from the drug use. Why the assistant was kept away.

This has been the best theory that I’ve heard and it’s what I’ve got to believe too. It’s the only thing that makes sense. Also, they were legitimately surprised when she walked downstairs that morning, I bet the assassin guy was supposed to make sure she dies but didn’t for whatever reason

Just finished season 2 myself. Good stuff. However I was Pretty disappointed that 1) Tanya died, 2) uncle rico gets the fortune, 3) Arbie was hustled by Lucia the hot whore, 4) trailer park chuck from Essex didn’t die a slow painful death after he left Portia alone in the middle of the night like he did then toss her phone out the window. What a Dick.

That was honestly one of my favorite parts of the season.

Did you honestly think she was going to go back to LA with Albie?

Hooker with a heart of gold, amirite?

Dare I say she oozed more sex appeal than Daddario? A considerable amount more. Absolute smoke.

Lucia grew on me as the season went. I thought for sure I'd be all about Aubrey Plaza, but Mia was the cuter of the two locals, based on first impressions alone.

I knew it was going to happen but the “nice guys finish last” thing needs to be debunked once in awhile.

I'd argue that Albie finished 1st

If your most embarrassing episode is that a hot Italian prostitute cheated your father out of thousands of dollars by tricking you into having multiple sexual encounters with her, you're still doing better than most of us.

Mia's a pro. If it seemed like Albie wasn't finishing first, it was entirely performative on her part.

Mia was the singer. Albie was hitting Lucia who was the hottest on the show so far.

And they weren't that far from shore. I don't know why she didn't just jump in and try to swim to shore.

Escort getting away with it was good, it’s what would happen in real life.

I thought the guy from Sopranos was outstanding in this.

3 Italian family members story line was my favorite.

F Murray Abraham was also fantastic.

I thought the same thing but now I think they were trying to get a lot of drugs in her system to make an accidental drowning seem more plausible.

I don't think she would have done a lot of coke if she didn't trust Quentin and she wouldn't have trusted Quentin if she was latched onto Portia.

I think they needed the Mafia guy to drown her and needed her to trust him so she would get on the boat alone with him. It might have even helped having a Mafia guy to be at the center of it all to keep the police from asking too many questions.

They also would need her body to be recovered so an autopsy could be done. That's why they brought her close to shore.

I think they would have been fine if the drugs killed her too, but the above makes a lot of sense.

The party also eliminated any “abduction” argument. Plenty of people would validate that she was there on her own accord, having a blast at the party
