We know they have a shovel and can dig holes. The goal is to stop them from being a thread. Who gives a shite if the head is still alive as long as it is under 4 feet of dirt. Let the worms deal with it.
On another note, another thing I would make a priority is a laser site. frick aiming, point, shoot and pick a new target.

If we are making weapon priority i would go with suppressor. If you are going around poping zeds at every turn you need to be as silent as possible. A gun shot is like a dinner bell to them.

Daryl does a pretty good job with that crossbow... and it's quiet.
For fun I think I'd build some pipe bombs with timers... then I'd find some horses or cows and strap the bomb to them and turn them loose in the city.

Well... it would work. The walkers would go after them in packs to feed... then boom! Plus it would be pretty cool to watch from the top of one of those buildings.

With all that military hardware we saw right outside the hospital in the pilot and in the street by the tank I would be sporting some belt fed firepower. Also I wonder if the tank still works? Just roll them SOB's over....

That would be good if you had a way to transport it.
The best zombie weapon has to be the old .22 rifle. You can carry thousands of rounds of ammuntion, it it extremely accurate and quieter than other firearms.
