Yeah. Rick was talking to Shane about it in season one about how things weren't going well and all that, but they were working on it. And he got shot not long after that I believe.

Eh, I disagree.

I think Lori is consumers with regret. She regrets sleeping with Shane, she regrets leading him on, she regrets trying to reach out to him to say she way sorry, regrets not telling Rick sooner, etc etc.

I doubt she wanted Shane to kill Rick. Her fricked up woman mind she probably thought they could all be friends and Shane could play a role in the child's life in some way. Shane was driven to madness all stemming from his jealousy.

Rick put him down like the rapid dog he was and rightfully so. Lori is consumed with guilt because of Shane dying. Not that she wanted Shane, but she was the reason he went off the deep end. Then factor in her innocent son putting a bullet in someone's head, she freaked.

That's how I see it, but I don't irrationally hate Lori.

For the record, the sword person's name and gender was not revealed in show but you could make out that they panned out to a prison at the end there.

It's not that hard guys. If you can't put yourself in the position of average joe that doesn't go on sites for extra info or hasn't read the comics, then be extra careful what you say.

That's fair enough, but unless you think the sword person was a tranny with a boob job, the person's gender was most definitely shown on the show, you just have to pay attention.

I agree with the regret part. And I would agree with the rest except that earlier in the Season we see her telling Rick that Shane is dangerous and that Shane wouldn't ever stop in his delusions that her, Carl and the baby were his. She is the one who really escalated the tension to where Rick was testing Shane's limits. Rick thought Shane was capable of being saved earlier in the season. It was Lori that led him to believe that Shane was a rabid dog that needed to be put down.

As for the chick with the sword, I saw boobs. I haven't read the comics and read no spoilers that would have tipped me off. Once I saw a hooded character my first thought was to try to distinguish man or woman, so I was looking for something.
