I hate these fricking time-jump episodes when they give you no context that it's a time-jump up front. That's just shitty storytelling.

After the hype of last week's show I decided to watch this week. We understand things have changed but why are two separate groups out wandering around in a blizzard? Which is a really, really dumb idea, btw. Shouldn't they be well stocked in their communities? They are not at war with the Whisperers as long as they don't violate the border. What forced them on to the road?

Exactly what I was thinking. The walkers standing up and moving froze solid, but the ones laying in the wet snow are ok.

Don't the Whisperers just live and roam amongst the walkers. They don't have houses or shelter, right? Wouldn't a blizzard like this cause them to die from exposure?

Gimple was on Talking Dead and said that in the comics the Whisperers had more of a camp, but in the show they wanted to portray them as not being as docile. So, I would agree that the snowstorm would be worse on them than the others.

I'm confused. I just turned on my DVR. The last episode I saw, Alpha was in the movie theater and Daryl, Michonne, and Carol were captured by the skins/whisperers. Did I miss an episode?

Yep. I agree. There's been no action at all and 55 minutes into the finale and they haven't advanced the story other than Carol is beginning to accept Lydia and Zeke wants Daryl out of the picture.

Agree and disagree. I think Negan has shown the group they can somewhat trust him and next season they will release him from jail and thats when we will see him take on Alpha and the big MF and take them out...Maybe
