But, to make you feel better, I'm a combat veteran and the trailers for Paranormal Activity almost made me give up broadcast television (although the kids tell me it is not nearly as scary as The Grudge).

Sarah Michelle Geller is an American living in Japan. She gets a chance to babysit an older woman that is catattonic (sp?) in a house that is haunted. The main ghosts are a kid that was killed and the wife of the last home owner.

The cabin where the tape comes from had a stack of other tapes on the VCR as well. One of them is one of my all-time favorite shitty movies, Yor: The Hunter From the Future.
