I just added this movie to my blu ray collection. Whats the boards opinion of it? I really liked it when it came out but I'm not sure how well its aged over the years. Anyone see it recently?

Underrated. It's actually better than the original. Completely effective. Terrifying. Smart and efficient.

Great movie.

I think it holds up well against other films coming out today in the same genre.

Yea I just thought that its been so long since I've heard anyone talk about it in or seen in on T.V. that it might not hold up.

But I guess it has been 12 years.

Very good movie. One of the very few where I was seriously uncomfortable at the theaters and scared.

Ruined my life for at least a week after both times that I watched it. Easily my #1 scariest movie and pretty much my measuring stick for all scary movies. Like literally, every scary movie I've watched since then I'll say, "it was pretty disturbing, but not as bad as the ring."

It really fricking got to me.

That and The Grudge

Maybe it's something about the way they move. They both scare me.

Saw it in college, got back to the apartment, and the freaking cable went out while we were watching TV. Sad to say it freaked me out a little.
