Apparently Season 2 of the South Korean reality show The Physical 100 begins tomorrow on Netflix with just one episode releasing. There's a 2 minute Season 2 trailer that is available to watch now.

Looks like it will be another great season with some awesome competitions. I wish they would release all of the episodes at once though.

UPDATE: The first four episodes of season 2 are available to watch!

Not a reality TV show guy but this was pretty good, will definitely watch season 2. Just hope either the subtitles or the dub is better this season. The dubbed version was unbearable and the subtitles were almost as bad. Half the time I was thinking "this can't be what these people are saying" reading the subtitles. The dub never works either when you have numerous people talking/and or shouting at the same time.

Shows like this should just release it all at once.

I really like how quite a few of the competitions make the competitors use their brains and teamwork. Muscle and athleticism alone won't win the competitions. That one competition last season dragging the ship through sand was the perfect example. The scrawnier smaller team beat the heavily favored team that had the most men and biggest strongest men.

Not a huge fan of now they just copied the first challenge. Also, the privilege is undercut by them choosing relatively equal opponents (I assume they are pushed to do this by producers to make sure it’s watchable and doesn’t result in all the women being eliminated immediately). Honestly makes sense to just use the ranking exercise as a warm up and conserve energy.

I was a big fan of the white American baseball player who was dubbed while clearly speaking English.

Yea there's another English speaking guy that is dubbed this season too

We're on episode four and they are really really playing up the drama this year. Episode four spent 30 minutes on them picking their teams for the challenge. The wife went to sleep before the challenge even started. The challenge in EP4 looks really cool, but for some reason they spent half the episode showing 10 teams of 5 being picked. Just a waste of time.

Was disappointed in the first challenge. It was just treadmill sprint. The contestants were playing it up like it was literally the hardest thing they have ever done in their entire life. It was a 10 minute run then break. A 7 minute run then break. Then a final 3 minute run. They had people laying on the ground complaining and crying like they just competed a marathon. I'm like give me a break, it was a couple minute run and you're some of the fittest people out there, quit acting like a 10 minute jog is the most difficult thing you've ever done in your entire life.

Ony on EP4 but overall I'm not enjoying this one quite as much just because they are focusing on the drama aspect of it much more than the actual challenges.

“Wow, look at his physique!
You’re so cool!”

This show would be better if they didn’t spend half an episode showing them picking teams.

I agree with most of the rest but this is offbase. Running on a manual treadmill is harder than a electric treadmill and they had to have some time to get accustomed to it because they are a PITA to run on initially. Just from memory it reminded me of an Aussie Pro Runner and I only have experience with a Woodway but they are all very similar. They did 20 minutes of running even with two breaks if you are going at anything like full effort that is easy enough to cause someone to collapse at the end especially if you aren't a real runner and none of them were. If you have the will and are in a serious competition even the fittest people can run themselves into collapse in 10 minutes. Joshua Cheptegei could probably give 20 minutes of full effort without flopping but those guys hauling 70-150 extra pounds of body weight would be seriously taxed.
