So in summation, my Judges and attorneys trump your OJ Trial bar.
No it's doesn't. I believe what I believe. Prerogative.

Wow, that wasn't an article, it was a book.
Well, to be fair, Dear's story has a ton of holes in it and it takes some time to go through all of them. I can quote the interesting parts if you'd like.
quote:
He seems to not like Dear, is there a back story?
Not sure if there is any bad blood between them. I tend to doubt there was, at least at first, because Dear allowed him to ride along.

And he is just wrong about the bronco. There was NOT a lot of blood in it. There was a smudge above the drivers door handle, about 4 smudges on the console and a few drops on the carpet from my recollection, in no way was it consistent with someone fleeing those murders.
This gets addressed by someone later in the thread. You appear to be wrong on this issue.

I do still think, as I did back then, probably 98% that OJ didn't do the killing...
IMO, you have to think that the police planted blood/evidence to believe OJ is completely innocent. I think they made mistakes, but did not flat out plant evidence.

Ron Goldman put up a helluva fight, he didn't just get stabbed in the back...
The article addresses this, check it out.

You know that's from the TV show, right? Above is the trial exhibit showing the several places where blood was found.
That's interesting. I've never seen that before. Thanks for posting.

Yes it's just not possible on the scale that would have been required. Did they have the same pair of gloves OJ wore and his blood ( prior to the sample) and quickly came upon the scene, extracted Nicole and Ron's blood, added to the glove along with OJs and planted one, then shortly thereafter planted the other at OJs house? And that's just that one thing. They also had OJs shoes, which they used to make shoe prints at the scene. And that's just for that one thing.
Basically they'd have to have had a OJ Framing interdepartmental task force at the ready 24/7 waiting to act when the opportunity arose.
And oh yeah, they all potentially could have faced the death penalty for their actions under CA law. Sure that's worth it to frame a former football star.
But hey Fuhrman said the N word!

I honestly didn't think there were this many people who thought OJ didn't do it. I place them in the same category as the Sandy Hook truthers.

One thing that always struck me is how was this guy
only 25!? I'm 5 years old than him and look 10 years younger.

like 1 in 170 million that Scheck absolutly destroyed on cross
Once again, this was not his point of contention in the cross...never was.His ENTIRE point in regard to the evidence SPECIFICALLY found at Bundy was the mishandling of the sample and the "possibility of cross contamination"
Please read any number of links about the cross.

Are these tapes actual transcripts? Or are they dramatized for TV?
Darden's gut feeling about Fuhrmann was right

That might've been Travolta's single worst scene ever.

This show doesn't paint a very nice picture of Mark Furman.
I like how the show repeatedly shows the Goldmans pissed off about the trial. They got the worst of this whole deal. I feel for them.
