Slightly disappointing up until the last scene, which pushed it up to "meeting expectations."

Ok, I was kinda "meh" about the whole episode but "That baby could be the star of a show called 'Babies I Don't Care About' killed me. Loved it.

Suddenly I care about the office again bc of Will Ferrel. I'm glad they've understated his role so far.

After the credits, Jim and Pam brought in their daughter and showed her to WF. He told them it was a cute baby, but when he was alone he told the camera " That baby could be on a show....about babies I don't care about" or something along those lines.

So a decent episode featuring someone you didn't like that is only on for 4 episodes mean it's the end. OK.

Liked it, different style of a boss.....but I like it. Maybe he can be the one that in ways relates to the audience. Like telling Pam and Jim we don't care about their baby and that they are annoying together. And that we hate Kelly

Some good things. Maybe I'm just burnt on the show but I don't find myself laughing as often.

Ferrell did great but I didn't find the Andy crap funny at all. Erin character is too retarded to be believed and I'm glad they put Jam in their place with the baby crap.

Andy stumbling on the table and then saying this is my life now had me rolling.

Kevin being Kevin was money as usual.

frick Kelly. She's cute for whatever South Asian race she is but frick she has no purpose. Where the frick is Toby and when is he coming back?

It was hilarious how Michael's combination of Jim and Pam somehow came out as Jap.

Good:

Kevin was hilarious. He could literally speak zero lines and just wear the toupe' and he'd crack me the frick up. Cowboy Darrell had me rolling for some reason. Michael's JAP (Jim And Pam) was awesome. Michael's jealousy of WF.

Bad:

Kelly sucks, and every scene she's in now just seems too forced. Same thing with Ryan, although he only really had one line. Erin is stupid to the point of disbelief, but she still makes me laugh sometimes. Darrell sucking up to WF ("that's my favorite region")...it just doesn't fit his character.

Andy's whole bit was just weird to me...I loved it at first when he was labeled Office Funny Guy (his look was awesome), but then it just went overboard. What's weird is that's the kind of humor that Ferrell does. It's almost like that part was jsut ad libbed or something.

Overall, it was decently funny. Ferrell wasn't too over the top, so that was nice. I still think he's a bad replacement for Michael, but as long as he's only on for a few episodes, I could be okay with that (as long as he stays within the character and doesn't turn Deangelo Vickers into Will Ferrell). They definitely tried to get the audience to like WF by going with the "frick you, Jim and Pam" angle.

It was actually kinda sad to see Michael go into his office during that meeting at the end, cuz you know the end is coming really soon. That sucks.

I think its obvious ferrell is going to be a prick and they'll turn to michael to help get rid of him
