The Windows 95 and dot matrix printer scene was pretty funny.
I thought the episode was okay. I did like the ending...even though I'm liking this season so far, it's good to see the beginning of the end.

if someone is going to get fired who is going to do the firing? Is andy off the show for good? or will he make one last appearance.

Then you should watch the web series he did with Michael Cera, "Clark and Michael." Good stuff.

Im now leaning back towards Toby being the Scranton Strangler because of that scene.
And I'm happy they showed real issue with Jim and Pam. Working through that situation has got to be difficult IRL. Hell, I have a 1 yr old and my wife just went back to work, and its been very difficult on us this first month adjusting. I cant imagine being in another city and having her do everything herself. I just hope they dont do anything silly and have them get separated.

I know this is old, but it's funny if you've never read it before. Here

Is Ed Helms filming a movie or something right now? Is that why he's on "the boat"?

I find the camera crew thing interesting, I'm quite intrigued about who the Scranton Strangler is.
Per last week's TV guide, Toby visits him in prison in an upcoming episode

Yeah, good point.
Didn't he come up behind Nellie and put his hands on her neck?

Maybe he'll kill her after she denies his advances. Gets caught doing it. Outed as the Scranton Strangler.

Maybe Michael will return in the last episode just to get strangled.
That'd be metal.

Pretty sure. Not positive but think I read he only will miss 4 or so episodes. I think he missed 2 before Christmas break and the 2 after. Just seems like its been a lot more with the break.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned the intro this week. Dwight unearthing a Holy Grail quest that Jim planted years ago was awesome. Who knows how many practical jokes are laying undiscovered around the Office?
