Helll Matt Damon as James Francis Ryan is clearly the “most impactful soldier” in the manner of Juno in this movie. No one would call him a “great warrior” in that movie
She doesn’t play Ajax.
She doesn’t play Achilles.
Spoilers:
She plays a role that Odysseus regrets not protecting because she couldn’t protect herself.
Yes it impacts him because he lives with regret. That doesn’t mean they pretended she was this incredible warrior.

If you are ok with spoilers then continue.
The role is one where a kid at the age who appears 8 AT MOST goes to war instead of twilight dude. The implication is basically that the kid will be Will Huntings errand boy. Then ten years later being at best a teenager the errand boy is intentionally left to tell the Trojans that the horse is a gift and is intentionally tricked that all the Greeks left to aid in them being able to sell the story. Of course Juno is instantly killed without any fight.
Does that fit the narrative of Juno plays a “great warrior”?

Maybe. Impossible to know.
I do know that, if it's current box office projection holds, it's going to be mentioned anytime a new historical, war, R-rated live action, or R-rated action film is released in the next few years, because it will be the box-office high bar comparison point for opening weekends. It will be used a comparison point for combined high audience and high critics scores.
It will have to seriously tank Sunday for the box office stuff to not come true, and it would be unprecedented for a non-horror film that is being praised by virtually everyone to die on the vine so quickly.
None of this means the movie is better than you say it is, but the idea of it just dying in the collective conscience within a year seems increasingly unlikely.

Juno probably has less screen time than Matt Damon in saving private Ryan and is less impactful to the plot than Matt Damon in saving private Ryan.
There is no “more important” soldier in that movies plot than James Francis Ryan.
There is no movie without him.
No one considers James Francis Ryan a “great warrior”
There is still a movie without Juno.
Though yes Will Hunting in the Odyssey is impacted with the weight of his morality due to his decisions one of which involves Juno thus I will humor your argument about Juno being the “most impactful soldier”
That still doesn’t mean she’s supposed to be a great warrior

Jurassic World dominion made over 1 billion just 4 years ago. Is it ever talked about? Are the Avatar sequels? Didn't one of those come out less than a year ago?

If you are asking if she is cast as a solider the answer is yes but there are plenty of soldiers who aren’t a physically intimidating presence in fact I’m sure in the ancient times of conscripting peasant farmers and their kids I’d wager that was intimidating warriors were the exception not the rule hence the legends of old.
Juno isn’t cast in a role asked to do this
If your problem is casting a transgender at all then that’s one thing but if it’s that he cast someone if that stature as a soldier then it’s a silly complaint in context of the movie.
Odysseus regret regarding sinan isnt losing sinan the warrior. His regret is lying to sinan and sacrificing sinan and not protecting someone who should have been protected which as stated earlier is potentially subtle pro conservative social commentary considering the circumstances of the cast member playing sinan

None of those set a recent record for r-rated live-action openings. None of those opened higher than their respective directors' other, larger franchises. None of those were the highest grossing weekends of a big name director despite being rated R. It's almost like making billion dollars wasn't part of the point I made.
I didn't make a claim about the odyssey making a billion. Making a billion does not guarantee a long cultural memory (though the Avatar mention is really stupid -- "No one cares about these, and also they keep being the highest grossing films of all time whenever they are released" Plenty care, even if I do not). I made a claim about The Odyssey being cited as a comparison point for its huge opening weekend in the near future. Unless something unprecedented happens tomorrow, its opening is going to be a frequently cited data point.

No, I didn't buy into anything. I just made an incorrect assumption on my own accord. Look, I am all for doing your own interpretation. Anyone can go make a Malcolm X movie with a white guy if they want. Nobody is required to like the movie. These studios pour a ton of money into audience research so they knew this was going to happen
