My nomination are the three Assholes in Raider of the Lost Ark that got their just deserts when they opened the Ark.
How are they victims?
They got what was due to them.

I will put Tom and Summer from 500 Days of Summer. Neither were villains but both were hatable. I really relate to Tom because I had that relationship were the girl wouldn't commit but wouldn't let move on and kept me on the hook.
I hate Tom because he ate her shite for two years and I ate mine's off and on for 5 years.

Most of the nominations in this thread are villains and antagonists
Correct.
The answer to OP's question is Blanche DuBois from Cat On A Hot Tin Roof.

That stupid chick from one of the Jason movies that didn't take her top off, but got killed anyway.

Peggy is a shitty person who has a vastly overinflated opinion of herself.
I'm thinking of the episode where Hank quit his substitute teacher job because he was too good at it and it made Peggy feel insecure.
That was rage inducing. My wife and I completely skip the Peggy centric episodes when we rewatch the series.

Guy of Gisborne was a villain who was killed by another villain.

Burke was a villain, not a victim, IMO. I would nominate Gorman from Aliens over Burke, but not sure he really fits the bill.
He was sort of a villain, but I think in the context of the thread, he meets the mark because the aliens were the main baddies, and he got got by them. Fair point though, and it is noted.
Gorman totally redeemed himself at the end with some straight badassery, so he doesn't get the nod IMO.

quote:He's still a douche. I lived that life in Dallas in the mid-80's and I wasn't a douche. It was fun for awhile. Going to bars, taking chicks home, learning sexual stuff from adult entertainers. Even when I'd buy a quarter, planning to split them with a friend, I found myself staying home by myself, doing it all. My buddy would call me and I'd tell him I was still working on getting it. Those $600 weekends added up too. If I'd just done what I planned, I would have been OK. Could have made a little money really.
NOT Ellis. that dude was about snortin coke, fricking bitches, buying bitches Rollies, and making money. 100% likeable.
I just ended up kind of hiding from people just like I did when I got addicted to porn.

Blood Simple (1985) has at least a couple of unlikable victims. Frances McDormand's Abby character was supposed to be the victim of a murder for hire by her husband.
Her husband Marty, played by Dan Hedaya, was the victim when he paid the detective, [;ayed by M. Emmet Walsh, to kill his wife, because he said she & her boyfriend where dead. They weren't.
Pretty soon after that Marty was the victim of the same PI shooting him.
