Michael accidentally walking in on Pam giving birth is pretty underrated.

Michael: Where is my little nibblet? Halpert, room D1. Alright, family only beyond this point, thank you. Here we go. (Walks in delivery room)
Michael: (Slowly backs out of delivery room with horrified look on his face) Okay, not yet, not yet. I'm going to go wash my eyes.
Michael: That kid's going to have a lot of hair.

Jim as Goldenface: I'm gonna dig up your dead wife. And I'm gonna hump her real good

It was Jim. I just saw Threat Level Midnight this week in my rewatch.

Oscar played Goldenface in the original script reading in season 2, but not in the movie.

Jim: Did you know there's a belt above black?
Dwight: There's no belt of above black. Is there a belt above black?

The ending scene of the episode where Dwight becomes acting manager. Angela getting pissed off cracks me up.
Angela: [giving Kevin numbers for the copier] Four, one, seven, one...
Kevin: Another one?
Darryl and Angela: Yes!
Angela: Seven, two...
Oscar: Could you turn the volume down on the beeping?
Angela: Six, nine, shut up, Oscar. Eight...
Darryl: Nine first.
Angela: Nine, eight, five...
Kevin: Thank you.
Angela: Three, zero, zero. Again, zero. Four, six...
Kevin: Nice.
Angela: Two, one...
Kevin: Oh, I hit three. I hit three.
Angela: God!

quote: That gag went on for several episodes. It started at the end of Season 4 for Toby's goingvaway party and Holly's first day in Scranton. It continued a few episodes into Season 5. Angela was berating Kevin over something he screwed up and called him an idiot and Holly went off on Angela.
That was all the same episode (Goodbye, Toby), which I believe was a two parter.
Rewatching Season 5. The "mentally challenged" gag only went into the first episode, Weight Loss.
In the opening scene, they're on the warehouse scale weighing in for the corporate weight loss competition. They weigh 2236 lbs. they realize Pam is on the scale and make her get off because she is leaving for Art School in NY. They reweigh at 2110 lbs. After a moment, Kevin says, "Wait ... Pam weighs 226 lbs?" There's a little back and forth between Pam and the others. Holly looks at him and says, "Math is hard." Later is the episode is the scene when Angela calls Kevin a dummy and an idiot, and Holly defends him.
The gag definitely carried into Season 5, just not as far into it as I thought.

When jim and Pam are going to the hospital to have a baby, Michael asks if he should bring a dictionary.
Oscar yells back "no the hospital will have dictionaries, bring a thesaurus instead"

I thought the fire episode was full of classic moments. Dwight sitting dejected in his car listening to Everybody Hurts. The giving his rendition of "Ryan Started The Fire" at the end.

What made that gag one of my all time favorite office gags was that if you went to the office page on the NBC website that summer, there was a link to his blog that they updated about once a week. I read every one

I just started watching the office from the beginning. Kevin singing “You Oughta Know” was amazing

In addition to playing drums, I believe he was also lead vocal for Scrantonicity. I'm not sure of his role in Scrantonicity II.
I just rewatched Season 5 and there's an interview with the cast members in the bonus features. It's odd to hear the guy who plays Kevin speaking in his normal voice.

The actor who portrays Kevin has a hot wife in real life
