quote:

Michael only admits to Dwight that he knew about his conversation with Jan to take over the office after Dwight makes fun of his Sebring.

That was the breaking point haha

can't remember the situation, but later in the series he asks for a Sebring and they tell him "oh they don't make those anymore"

EDIT: it's when Dunder Mifflin buys out Michael Scott Paper, and they are negotiating for their jobs back at DM.

quote:

Michael: I want my old job back. I want my old parking space back. I want a Sebring.
Charles: They don't make those anymore.

When Jim and michael are in a sex shop. Michael is doing nothing but giggling at everything, everything is blurred and censored, jim looks up
"Hes been doing this for the last 20 minutes"

That always kills me and its everything to do with how Steve carrell and john krasinski play it

Watching this morning. The mobile office bus episode was on. They are driving to get pies and stop to pick up a hitchhiker. It’s Creed dressed up and playing hooky from work

I may have missed this in the thread... but in the dinner party episode, Jim and Pam smell Jan’s candle and comment on how strong the camp fire smell is... and for the rest of the episode, there are like three of those candles in every shot. All over the condo. There are seriously like 40 candles lit in that little condo.

No worries lol. We went from underrated moments to basically summarizing every scene in the show. That’s how awesome this show is.

I agree with this. It was just too obvious and cheap. Especially when he ends up crawling around in it. Please.

Most of the best humor on the show was pretty subtle.

I think it was more about the contrast of the monologue and how much he loves making chili vs the agony of losing it and trying to save it.

The monologue for me is what does it.

I finally got around to watching it this year. Michael, Jim and Dwight are the best characters, but Ryan and Amy's relationship had a lot of great humor.
