a somewhat little known fact about the actor that plays Brian, the boom mic guy - he's also been the voice actor for Mickey Mouse since 2013.

Bicycle gang of young girls harass Pam, throwing Pine Cones at her. Andy intervenes and gets punched, getting a black eye. Mom brings in puncher to apologize after Andy & Pam told everyone they were attacked by a real gang. Hilarity ensues.
