It’s kind of ironic I just watched like a 37 minute long video about the making of the Razorcrest this past week then they go and blow it up

This was a fantastic episode, lots of action and Boba Fett didn't disappoint. Even though they were beaten pretty easily by 2 1/2 bounty hunters, it was nice to see the storm troopers act like an actual military unit with diverse skill sets instead of just being a bunch of clumsy, foot soldier cannon fodder. It was much more interesting than the usual fights where the good guys get pinned down mostly because they are vastly out numbered by the storm troopers. This time they were also out gunned.

Boba's missile shot that brought down both ships was awesome

She is wanting to attack Gideon. It only makes sense for Din to either go to her or to run in to her on the way.

Yeah I'd think he's gonna need the help of the other mandos to get on that ship. We've seen they can do it. Not sure exactly what skills of Bill Burr's character he needs. Might have to go back and watch that episode from last season.

I didn’t understand the whole “The empire is back” thing. Mando has been fighting storm troopers and imperial ships throughout the entire show already, not to mention they just spent the last 20 minutes battling storm troopers but no, not until Bobba see’s a star destroyer with his own 2 eyes do they declare that the empire back. Makes no sense.

I feel that is the setup for next season. They all go home with mando to free their planet. Make the battle of mandalor like the battle of winterfell. A bunch of politics and then one huge battle that lasts multiple episodes.

He's been fighting the remnants of the Empire, which are the unorganized leftover soldiers that are found here and there who are fighting for small independent remnant groups with their own un-unified agenda.

The presence of the Cruiser (which we have seen before, but they haven't) means that "the Empire", as a fully organized, capable and united entity, is still present with sufficient complexity and means to have a Cruiser in their arsenal. He's no longer fighting fragmented bands of unaffiliated troopers.

The light cruiser is on another level compared to anything we’ve seen in this show. Its a full-on military cruiser. All we’ve seen from the Empire so far are a few TIEs and a Gozanti freighter, neither of which are a big seal

Marksman. He is more accurate than Ming-Na Wen's character.

Then in the next episode Grogu gets pissed and force chokes the whole cast to death.

That cruiser isn't anything. It holds two or three tie fighters depending on the tie configuration, has a crew of 100, and could carry a few hundred stormtroopers. Their main purpose was transport ships. They were never warships.

By comparison, Star Destroyers had a crew of 30 thousand and also held 10+ thousand stormtroopers, dozens of ties, ATAT and ATST walkers. A single Star Destroyer is a threat to a system.

If a command cruiser is Moff Gideon's flag ship it means his remnant is not that well supplied, and is not much of a threat.

Yeah he was a storm trooper so maybe he's got some imperial knowledge he can use. Or maybe he was just a janitor.

Also shows his little bit of dark side. But it makes sense given his limited training.

Force choking doesn't necessarily equate to dark side. Luke used it in Ep VI.

I’m not saying force chocking = person being closer to the dark side. But Jedi are supposed to keep their emotions under control and not succumb to something like force chocking somebody. If they can’t, it can indicate their emotional tendencies.

Ahoska indicated he was a bit too attached and emotional.

Good good. I want some “gray” side wreck shite force user. He steals candy and eats eggs of frog people. He’s got some dark tendencies in him.

Had Mando just got his jet pack on he wouldn’t have had to run up the mountain. That aggravated me.
