Do both sides like the opening space battle? (I could watch a whole movie like this)
Can both sides agree the Canto Bight sequence is largely a waste and too long?
Can we agree the Preatorian guard fight with Rey and Ren is awesome?
Can we both agree that space witch Leia was bizarre at best?

We agree that Rey and Kylo Ren are good characters. That's all I've seen.
I mean, Poe is a stupid a-hole during it. I thought it was ok.
No. The other side thinks its empowering.
Yeah, but that leads me back to our only agreement.

I can agree to that. My issue with Canto Bight wasn't that it was too long, just that the stuff with the stampeding animals was stupid. I enjoyed every second on that planet up to that point. It was such a cool place to get to see in the Star Wars Galaxy as the exact opposite of your standard Cantina scene.
As for Space Witch Leah, I enjoyed the visual, but it really was bizarre. I was kinda hoping she would die in that moment in that way. It would have been a very Game of Thrones-esque way to kill off a major character.

The visuals were great and acting was too.
I think there’s consensus that the detour with Finn and Rose wasn’t needed.
Liked seeing Yoda again. Would have loved to have seen Anakin and Obi Wan as well.

Remember when we were promised Kylo Ren would come complete his training? Wouldn't that have been an excellent 30 minutes to spend seeing that? Nope, instead we rich people are going to spend time lecturing you why rich people and the patriarchy are evil.

I didn't like the Finn/Rose arc, but I still enjoyed the ride and I still enjoyed the characters.

A lot of people also loved Kiera Knightly and it looked like her mouth couldn't hold her teeth in when she smiled.

I hated canton bright. It was too long and while watching it. I was sure the pay off was going to be Lando. And it ticked me off when it wasn’t. It was a waste of 30 minutes....sorta like pod racing in episode 1
