Better in Scottish than a bad Russian accent. BTW, I always chuckle when people complain about him not using a Russian accent. Do they think authentic Russians go around speaking english. I thought they handled it well by starting in Russian with subtitles.

Sum of All Fears sucked because Clancy sold out and allowed them to be PC and change the plot. In the book it is Arab terrorists. In the movie they changed it to Eastern Europeans.
