they tested their power last night, not a great episode last night but looks to be building to a nice finish.

Badass episode last night.

RIP Dreamer. They aren't afraid to kill people off in this show.

I miss the Burt Chance from Raising Hope, he's too evil on this show.

The twins' power is insane.

The blonde with the mind control powers is ridiculously hot and there's three of her

Known in the comics as the Cuckoo's.

*****POSSIBLE SPOILER INFO*****

In the XMen comics there were five of them, Esme, Celeste, Mindee, Phoebe and Sophie. Esme and Sophie eventually died. In the show, Esme is the one we've been seeing.

I liked how they made you wonder what she was really up to. At first I thought she might be in league with Sentinel Services because she obviously was manipulating the group, even during the previous episode. But that didn't make sense since all she had to do was tell Sentinel Services where the group was, and they'd just come round them up. And I never read any of the comics with the Cuckoo sisters, so I had no clue what she was up to. But they wrecked shop, that's for sure. Those three are pretty darn powerful, and apparently have no qualms about killing folks.

I've watched up until the Polaris breakout. Is there a main villian besides running from sentinel services? Just seemed boring.

Really? So far it is my favorite comic book tv show.

The highlight reel from Season 1 would be pretty great, but there have been a few episodes where most of it was boring. The plot is a bit repetitive too. Was that the 2nd or 3rd prisoner breakout episode of the season?

More than that, they are her daughters.

When Emma's school was attacked by Sentinels, she was put in a comma during the battle. While in the coma someone harvested some eggs from her, these became the Cuckoos. Eventually they and she found their way to Xavier's.

Yeah, I like The Punisher so far. I’m about 5 episodes in. I wasn’t really considering Netflix part of “tv” when I made that statement.

Glad Lauren Strucker is 18 IRL cause I've been having naughty thoughts.

Good show.

Good episode last night.

Loved seeing Sentinel Services bring out another set of siblings and combining their powers.

The Cuckoos were awesome

Two hour season finale in two weeks

did anyone catch when she read their names aloud:

Esme
Sophie
Phoebe

ESP

I'm probably reading too much into it, or it was some lame easter egg

The Gifted is a lot more like Heroes than X-Men. The subject matter may be the thing of comics, but there aren't a lot of name brand characters. You also have the 2 biggest name actors on the show playing normal humans in a supporting role. It's a solid show but there just isn't a lot of flash to draw attention.

I caught up on this show over the holidays and really like it. The end to the "finale" before the holiday break was really well done
