I enjoyed it enough. It was definitely better than shazam 2.

Tried watching last night. It was really bad. What’s worse than one Ezra Miller? Two. Who came up with this damn movie? Batman was the best part, but it makes it that much more disappointing that it was wasted being in this trash.

I mean, the window was closing to ever see anything like this.

Keaton is 71, and you just don't know how long he can keep it up. Bruce Willis is 3 years younger, and his career is done, and his life basically. Star Wars waited forever to get the original cast back together, at that point Mark Hamill looked like a bum, Carrie Fisher looked bad and was about to pass away (and did before the 2nd film came out), and Harrison Ford looked like he was about to break a hip.

Much like the Spider-man movie, it's gonna score for nostalgia purposes.

And the flash is my favorite comic book hero. I literally watched all of the CW series, and enjoyed it for the most part, and that’s embarrassing to say as an almost 40 year old man.

A lot of clunkiness in the first half, I almost switched to something else, but it got much better. You kinda have to like it when you get to the throwback stuff. Ezra had good and bad. Many times his quirkiness got out of hand.

I was hoping they'd at least have a cameo with the CW Flash (who I think is a better Flash than Miller), but yeah, his girlfriend on the CW is smoking.

I did bail on the CW show after 3 or 4 seasons.

Watched it tonight, certainly not worthy of any awards but it was a fun and enjoyable watch. Far better than most Marvel movies also.

Going to miss the Snyderverse characters, the studio really messed that up, we should have gotten at least one standalone Batman movie.

OK I tried to watch it last night.

I couldn't get past the first 10 minutes or so. The intro is stupid and Ezra Miller is immediately so annoying I want to hit him in the forehead with a claw hammer.

And who the frick taught him how to run????? No one in the history of bipedal perambulation has ever run like that on purpose.

I made it to the beginning of the beginning of the rescue at the hospital. Couldn't stomach it.

frick that movie.

The Flash Debuts On Max With Fewer Viewers Than Black Adam

The Flash had a pretty disappointing online streaming debut, as after dropping on Max last Friday, the DC superhero flick had even fewer viewers than Black Adam.

According to Deadline, The Flash was streamed by just 1.1 million U.S. households during in the two days after its debut. That’s an 8% decrease compared to Black Adam’s 1.2 million households.

Mediocre reviews and a dismal box office return spelled trouble for Black Adam, which reportedly lost up to $100 million. The film earned a modest $393 million worldwide, and it seemed that even Dwayne Johnson couldn’t save the faltering DC superhero flick.

Like someone mentioned, the time travel trope in super hero movies is getting old and represents lazy writing. The twist w/ Supergirl was cool and she was interesting as was Batman (Keaton not Affleck) but the rest just reminded me of how much superhero fatigue i have right now. Lots of bad CGI.

I just watched it - I mean it’s a pretty good superhero movie. The Batman scenes were fantastic and a cool use of time travel as a plot device. Not a fan of Ezra Miller but he was fine in this.

If you haven’t watched b/c you heard it sucked id recommend giving it a shot.

I thought it was a good movie with some great parts and some terrible CGI. And he was apparently running like that based on training with some Chinese martial arts runners and trying to mimic certain animals. He is weird.

I watched this today and didn't hate it. The absurd pre-release hype did more harm than good for this movie. There was some pretty bad CGI at times but I liked the story overall and I thought it was well acted and entertaining.

“ Third, I still don’t understand how the Fastest Man Alive can be played by someone who runs like someone who has never run before in his life.”

This is something I’ve noticed since that chick in those Insurgent movies. It irrationally gets on my nerves. Poor theatre kids

^^ This. With all the diversity BS that gets thrown around, especially with the path Marvel is taking right now, her story could have gone places.

Yes, all the criticisms raised previously are true, but I thought it was a great popcorn movie. Just enjoy it for what it was.

And as far as Nicolas Cage popping up, I thought it was a great surprise coming as his film was being written and worked on but never came fruition. So in a way, he DID exist in the DC Universe.

And I second the opinion that Michael Keaton was awesome.
