Same with Devin.
Yeah, but I actually like Kyle and he's fun. Devin is just a prick and thinks he's much better at everything than he is. He knows how to stir up drama and get screen time though.
ETA: I really hope this OG experiment goes well and MTV considers bringing back some of the old contestants who are still in competing shape.

I like them both.
Devin at least straight up admits that he's just trying to get under Fessy and Josh's skin to try to disrupt their Big Brother alliance.
ETA: And he damn near got Josh kicked off for no good reason.

Jay did well but once I saw what comp it was I knew Leroy was going to win. I remember when he did comp on a previous season I was legit shocked how fast he was in it, he was move like one of those lumber jack tree climbing things you see on old school ESPN lol.
This challenge actually provided one of the best ways for Jay to win with him being a rock climber. Any thing like hall brawl or the ring grapple, Jay had no chance. The one with the swing rope and attaching rings to a pole, Leroy has a huge advantage with his length. Leroy just happens to be awesome at this event. I think the length, though, was the only difference. That elimination isn't about brute strength but core strength, and Jay has plenty of that. He would have beaten probably anyone else in that elimination. He was cooking, just not as fast as Leroy

Devin and Kyle together is absolutely awesome.

I think someone (Aneesa maybe) said that Leroy did it all in less than a minute. Which makes sense considering they kept showing it in slow motion from a hundred different angles to try to make it look closer than it really was.
It was TJ who said that. And it was close. Jay was about maybe two lunges behind Leroy when he finished, so like a couple seconds.

Eh, Devin called himself a layup last night when he was digging at Josh. He said "at least I know I'm a layup, but Josh is a manboy that doesn't realize he's even more of a layup than I am." And honestly Devin is right about that. Josh lost a freaking tug of war to someone with one hand who he outweighed by 100 pounds. He's never won an elimination, never does shite in the daily challenges but walks around like people should be scared of him. Devin is actually pretty smart. He knows physically he is towards the bottom of the house most seasons but he does know how to frick with people and actually has a good social game to gain advantages in the game. He straight up played Tori perfectly this season and she never even knew he played her and probably didn't until the season aired. The season Devin was on after his dad died wasn't a great one for him, and I used to find him annoying, but I think as he figured out how and when to play his games, he's grown on me. I used to hate Kyle as well when they focused such much on he and Cara, but he's one of the more entertaining and likable guys on the show now. Doesn't take himself too seriously and is actually pretty good in eliminations.

No i think you are mixing up 2 quotes...which im only pointing out because the other quote/moment was one of my favorite in recent challenge history.
Kyle: "I want to punch Josh in the fricking face"
CT: "Sure fine. But hes a manchild who cant control his emotions...whats the point?"
Kyle: Long pause in the heat of the moment....all of a sudden very calmly "You know i agree with CT"
lolololol
The Brits have such great comedic delivery....Hell Bear used to have incredible moments. I saw a video from one of those other trash all-brit shows...not sure which where one girl runs up to him while he is hollering at that Kayleigh chick (that Nelson *pretended* to like). She said "you said she was a dog" and he, without missing a beat and completely earnestly said "yeah but it was behind her back" and then looked overly innocently at that camera. Incredible

Josh and Kyle are two of my favorites when it comes to fighting. Both go nuts and act big and bad, but neither one of them is ever gonna really do shite. They are both just big talkers.
Like Josh throwing the water at Jay...Kyle could clearly see the water go at Jay, but a little speck of a drop touched him and he goes off like Josh threw water in his face or something. Hilarious.

I agree. But he's also talked shite before about how underrated he is in the game and how he is one of the better competitors here and there. The layup comment was just playing it up for TV IMO. Devin thinks he's one of the best competitors there.
And I don't really hate him, I'm just not really a fan. But he's entertaining sometimes, and I like that he's one of the only people that tries to make a run at some of the vets (like John).

It's still crazy to me that CT is the voice of reason in the house lol. I was wondering is he still married? I would have to guess no, because his wife was scary crazy from what I saw of his wedding special.

No shot. And not because of him. His wife is insane.

I loved Devin on his AYTO season, then hated him the more he was on the challenge.
The stuff with he and John was just too personal and weird and dark.
With many of the big personalities out of the game, Devin is now almost completely carrying the show from an interview and entertainment standpoint. And for that, I give almost turned back onboard with him again.
He's actually fricking smoking and drinking every night it seems. That's how you get great challenge moments. How he screws with Josh is phenomenal.
He and Darrell are also right to absolutely target the Big Brother alliance. It seems they're the only ones who can see that they are the real power players in the game right now. And with their connection to Kam via Leroy, they are, as of now, about to coast to the final.
As for the actual game. It was a obvious that Theresa's moves were going to explode in her face. And she fricked Jay in the process. He should have just gave a wink and a nod heads up to Leroy about what was going down. Once the house finds a sacrificial lamb for the week, you're fricked.
I also would have had Jay as a slight favorite in that elimination, but I also forgot how good Leroy is at climbing. He did basically the same thing back on Rivals 1 to get to the final. He absitely murdered the field on a ladder climb.
I liked Jay. Sucks he's gone.
I'm beginning to hate Casey as much as I hate Kam. She's as sneaky as anyone, but plays so low key she deflects alot.
Theresa has also always been a very untrustworthy snake in the game. People also always seem to catch her on to her moves too quickly.
I also still have no clue WHY Aneesa is still on this fricking show. She brings nothing to the table...at all.
And then she gets to go on the OG show as well, when people like John and Wes and CT were basically frozen out of the show by many of the other OGs.
I remmebr reading an interview recently where Mark Long said that those guys would be great additions to the show, but since they are so established in the real show and have won so much, he wanted to give a lot of old fan favorites a shot on the OG show.
Guess the fat load Aneesa who has never won anything gets a pass. But, I'm also sure it was very, very hard to get enough females on the show to begin with.

I was shocked to not only see Leroy volunteer himself for the elimination but actually win and do it convincingly. Gotta give him credit for that.
About the OG season, I don't know if anyone here has seen this but CBS All Access is rebranding to Paramount+ in a few months and will have a bunch of MTV content. I wonder if this OG Challenge could end up on there. They've also apparently started filming a Real World season 1 reunion show. That to me seems more likely for Paramount+. The original plan was to do a Hawaii reunion show but Amaya talked about it on twitter and it got cancelled so they went with the first New York season. If they include all the old RW and RR seasons, especially if they're uncensored, this could be worth getting.

I would suspect that the OG show is going on CBS All Access. They've already become the only real home of many of the old seasons.
I also wish they'd put the uncensored versions of all the old RW and Challeng seasons, but I think they're so politically incorrect and batshit crazy that they'll never do it.

article is kind of confusing. The title says they separated before filming this season but at the end says they are still happily married.

Will probably be a lot of puzzles and endurance challenges. I doubt we see a hall brawl with these old frickers
