Not really. The Fallout show was actually similar to the source material.

Wait i thought the whole point of the lotr show was that they werent allowed to use the source material, just fill in the blanks from the appendices
Also the fallout show didnt use any story from the games.
By "stuck to the source material" u mean they used the enemies, general vibes/atmosphere of the games?
There was no inter-vault marriage ritual in the games

So number one for Disney was Percy Jackson, which I had honestly forgotten even existed. A Star Wars show with a mega budget was second on D+ to a Percy Jackson remake and wasn't even close to top 10. That is a colossal failure. No wonder it was shitcanned.
